well I got on the scales this morning (yes I know its naughty) and after a whole weekend of sticking to plan and lots of walking I've put on 1lb
I have increased my fluid (water !!!)intake in a bid to stop my body retaining water in the heat as my feet often swell up. My feet havent swollen so far, and I dont feel bloated, but I wonder if I could be retaining water ? Will try not to weigh again until Friday
Anyway, for today
B - beans and bacon
L - prawn salad, 2 crackers, grapes
D - gammon, pineapple, salad
Snacks - apple, satsumasNice sea breeze so am going to go for a walk, have slathered on the sun cream

Well, back from sunny Wales and the food was a minefield to say the least. I could have done a lot worse but it certainly could have been much much better.
I'm back in control of my food and exercise now so hopefully can undo any damage done. I did manage to sneak out and go swimming early yesterday morning (50 lengths) but other than that no real exercise done.
So today so far I have had
Breakfast - nature valley bar (191 cals)
Snack - weighwatchers bar thing (89 cals)
Just about to have lunch which will be a crustless quiche (liberated from mum's fridge) and some salad.
Dinner tonight will probably be some chana massala and a wholewheat pitta bread. Fruit for inbetweenies too.
Right off to update myfitnesspal.....0 -

It was South Wales near Swansea - a lovely day yesterday and not bad on Saturday either.
It does usually rain though;)0 -

I thought you said 5lbs so that's what I put, do correct me if I am wrong as that happens a lot!
Had a party/picnic at SIL's yesterday so lots of junk food, managed to avoid the mini sausage rolls and mini pasties (prepacked and they taste dry and yucky anyway so that wasn't hard!) but I did indulge in some pizza, tortilla chips and an ice cream!
This morning I weighed 2lb heavier so obviously that wasn't a good move! Today back to stricter measures. Like Rosewood I don't count carbs just avoid them.
Breakfast - greek yogurt, plain.
Lunch - tinned soup (blurghh, but DD asked for soup and we had none, bought two tins and got rid of one as it looked like dirty dishwater when I opened it and didn't smell much better!) with a few slices of cheese followed by the last one of those really chocolately 'things' I made.
Dinner - chicken breast wrapped in bacon, with lots of veg.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Get you Savesummore - actiongirl!
I think you may overtake me on the swimming challenge as I've only blo*dy hurt my back today:mad:. Done it before in the same place - this time it was a violent sneeze! Hopefully a few days taking it easier will get it back to normal (has done in the past) and I'll be back in the pool rivalling Rebecca Adlington soon:rotfl:.
Will do some walking tomorrow as that doesn't seem to hurt and will hopefully try to keep up the activity levels.
Have had a good day foodwise so far - no naughties and about 200 cals going spare for some raspberries and a chocolate mousse later if needed. Back in control.
Had a look at some running websites earlier and there's a 5km race (not that I'd be racing anyone, just trying to get to the end!) near me on the first weekend of Sept. I'm thinking of using that as something to aim for. May be a bit ambitious but maybe a goal will inspire me?
Will see how the back goes and if it gets better soon I'll think about doing it. You can register on the day so nothing lost if I can't make it.0
