Morning all, welcome newbies
Not surprised to report an STS this week, seem to have lost the impetus so I deffo think a change of plan is on the cards. Not sure what though, all suggestions will be carefully considered! (Of course I could stop sneaking the occasional biscuit, or at least having it instead of, not as well as!)
B - mashed nana in ff yogurt
D - grilled Cumberland sausage, tomato, mushrooms, sauteed red onion and garlic, dry fried egg, slice WW Danish toast. Apple
T - 3 Crackerbread w/marmite, prawns, marmalade
S - melon, plums, orange
E - housework day
Stay bright, the sun is supposed to come out next week! I'll believe it when I see it0 -
Morning All
Well done to those who have lost, I have to report another STS week – think my body has decided it’s happy at 9st 9lbs and these last few lbs I think are going to be really hard to shift – however on reflection I have had quite a bit of bread (toast) and a few glasses of wine this week so once the weekend is over I will review the meal plan again. What probably hasn’t helped this week, rather than throw out asparagus and avocados (high in cals I know but still considered a superfood) so next week I’ll try increasing the protein and cutting out the carbs.
Today’s plan =
B – Yoghurt & stewed rhubarb
L – hm Guacamole, pitta bread & salad (last avocado :j)
D – Liver & butter bean Casserole, carrots, mashed swede & last of the asparagus :TJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Aug Grocery spends = £219.21
Sept - Grocery spends = £ 32.530 -
Another STS for me!! Im fed up of typing that :rotfl:
I need to get back on myfitnesspal and put my food on there everyday plus cut out the sneaky snacks!!
I have become a bit relaxed I think!!

ARGHHH the sugar found me! I was doing SO well yesterday, then MIL gave me some of her birthday cake and as I didn't have any at the party I thought I was kind of 'owed' it, so I ate it. THen had a mjaor sugar binge and ate chocolate, sweets and more cake. It's like I was possessed. I need to learn more self control or not eat ANY treats at all.
One step forward, two steps back!
Bu**er!
Just catching up - I haven't been on for a few days, but I've been trying to be good
ragz - have a look here http://www.radiantrecovery.com/ and check out the 7 steps - it might explain a few things. When I first read about sugar addiction, I thought, that's me they're talking about.
I'm still working on it as well, and a lot of the time I get it wrong, but I tell myself I'm on a journey and I've just stepped off the path a bit. So - onward and upward ragz! You do a fantastic job helping everyone here, and we're all human
Well done Seanymph, on landing the new job :T
Aldahbra - I'm aiming to get into the 'overweight' range - nearly there
According to the Wii I have lost 1lb this week. I'm really pleased with that as I don't do much exercise. I had lots of flowers from the Wii as I had reached my target for this week.2025 Fashion on the ration

Evening All
I am pleased to announce a 2lb loss for this week bringing me back down to 9st 2lbs. I am still sticking with the low carb and really enjoying it. I've given up sugar and sweeteners almost completely, though I do still put a tiny bit of Splenda on my raspberries and Greek yoghurt.
B: Omelette filled with left over filling from the stuffed aubergine yesterday so mushrooms, aubergine, tomato, garlic, onion and red pesto. It was ok but felt the wrong flavours for breakfast.
L: (Pack up for work). Prawn mayonnaise salad with HG salad and spinach leaves, HM coleslaw, cherry tomatoes, mixed seeds and cucumber.Panfried chicken breast with a little balsamic mushroom sauce left over from last week, peas and mashed swede. HM chocolate mousse.
No picture today as DH had a long day and had only just got in quite tired, plus DS came straight from work and hadn't much time.
Exercise: 1 hour stability ball class. About 2.5 miles of walking to and from work and exercise class.

Hi all,
i will endeavour to catch up on the thread this week - but I would love to join in with the Autumn challenge - I'd like to loose 1 stone please.
Today I have eaten bread but with masses of salad, and cleaned my whole house which I am classing as exercise.
And last night I walked home from work, which took about 28 minutes at a good pace but I felt really good after I had done it...
So not off to a bad start....
