Sun's out and so is the washing. I'm going out there too, to do a bit of rescuing of waterlogged plants if I can! Have a great day0 -
Saving-to-retire wrote: »:jHi everyone,
made me feel better to read that others are struggling at the moment with keeping on track. I'm convinced this horrible cold rainy weather isnt helping as im comfort eating infront of the tv because its too cold and horrible to be outside! We need some lovely sunny weather so we feel like exercising more and eating salads again. I'm also craving chocolate at the moment. I've got 5lbs to lose to reach my goal weight and I just cant seem to get there at all. Keep up the fight friends, im sure if we keep encouraging each other we will get there in the end!

hi everyone still managing to resist the lure of the crisps, my downfall not chocolate. I'm on a low carb boost to my eating regime as I seemed to have hit a plateau. 11 days on 7 to go!
On a positive note had to go and get fitted for new bras and have gone from 34HH to 32G hope this translates into pounds off. Tomorrow will tell."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -
Well, best laid plans and all that ...
Tonight's plan of shredding, pampering and doing my nails whilst watching 'the house the 50's built' have gone out of the window. Himself had a car accident on the way home. Thankfully he is fine but old' faithful, Polly Punto is a write off. Buffoon in a white van didnt know his brake from his !!!! and ploughed into the back of him. Himself understandably not up to gallivanting so watching Oireland lose at home instead so no Shred for me. Plus no swimming tomorrow morning as I'll have to drive him to where've meets his car pool buddies. Ho hum
Food wise I haven't been that bad, though two mini packs of biccies was not necessary!
Breakfast- glass of almond milk, apple and grapes
Dinner- smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, 2 mini choc cookies
Snack- two more mini choc cookies!
Tea- 2 poached eggs, mushrooms fried in fry light, 2 slices of whole meal toast, baked beans
Snack- activia fat free yoghurt
I'm not hopeful for a good result tomorrow but I WILL get to my goal!0 -
Today went like this for me:

L: Mackerel with salad, packet of Walkers Sunbites, appleHM tomato and courgette gratin
S: 6 ginger nuts (hmmm), 3 squares dark chocolate
Exercise: 40min run (6.7km), 20min bike (3km), deadlifts, bicep curls and tricep dips. :T
