Morning all, I am most annoyed to report the 3lb loss from last week has come back :( 2 days ago I had only regained 1lb. I am PM though, and ate rather a lot yesterday as we were entertaining. Still glum about that though.

Vixtress, yes we do seem to have similar goals, I am aiming for below 11 stone... it will happen at some point this year I am sure...

I need exercise, I just haven't had the time or motivation for a few months. Was going to cancel my swim membership as it costs me over £20 a month, but I have to give a months notice, from the end of the month, I will see if I can manage to go a few times before then then rethink it. It costs me a lot in fuel to get there as it's half an hour away and I can only go in the evenings, by which time the little ones have worn me out...
I would like a home use machine like a cross trainer, DH is dead against it but I generally get what I want eventually! Maybe for my birthday...

    Mornin' all

This will be my last post for a week as I'm going on holiday next week. We are going up to Craster in Northumberland and weather permitting there will be lots of walking but probably lots of eating too so they will cancel each other out !

Weigh in this morning and I've STS again.

    Today

    Breakfast : LF yoghurt, banana

Lunch : Toast and marmite, SF jelly

Mid afternoon : Two Amaretti biscuits

Evening meal : Trying to empty the fridge so whatever I can conjure with some ham, cheese and an egg with salad.

    Missing you all already !

Morning all. I've STS this week, not really a shock and I'm relieved I didn't put on weight after my holiday.

Ragz, if you have the space to house an exercise machine, I say go for it! I'd love to save up and build a mini gym, but my flat is far too tiny. If you DH is against it, remind him that although it is an initially large cost, it will work out cheaper in the long run by saving money on gym membership/exercise classes. Cross trainers aren't that expensive either - there's plenty of good deals on Argos and regular sales.
    :)

    Morning all :)

Reporting a 1lb loss this week ragz, thank goodness I've got off that plateau at last

ragz go for it! My ex soon got used to my rowing machine while I was watching television in the evenings, in fact he ended up using it too. Wish I could afford a more comprehensive machine, I have the space but not the money so keep searching freecycle etc.

Have a super holiday Robson, hope the weather is kind to you

N2BT using toddler cutlery has slowed down my eating so I feel fuller. Mums have the habit of filling up a child's plate out of love but truth is it hasn't done a lot of us many favours! So I thought I'd go back to childhood (or in my case second childhood ;)) and it's working for me :)

    B - spicy fruity porridge
    D - Melanzane parmigiana. Apple
    T - 3 Crackerbreads w/marmite/prawns/marmalade
S - grapes, melon, banana in yogurt
E - 15 mins weights, step and stretch this morning, same this afternoon

    Have a good day :)

    Thanks for all the welcomes!

I would like to get back to my pre-uni weight (11st 3lbs), and then see what next after that. So that means 11lbs to go!

    I've been pretty good today
B 50g muesli with fat free yoghurt and a kiwi
    L just-add-water Mediterranean couscous
D 1 cup full of pasta and lean bolognese (75% veg in that!)

    Snacks = nectarine, banana

My housemate did a rare spot of baking today, and I'm going to be having some cake later though (What a fantastic day 1 to the new regime!!!)

Hi everyone finally posting after finishing my deliveries. WI its sts but I have a feeling that may be because I'm PM. Absolutely cream crackered i must have walked miles and up and down so many stairs this week so looking forward to a nice radox bath but still no booze. Trying to abstain for a fortnight as I've only got 3 weeks till i have to brave the bikini on the beaches.

    5 Weeks to go!

Minicooper272 - Welcome to the thread, do you want to join the last leg of the challenge? We've got 5 weeks to go so I would suggest a target of no more than 7lbs, however feel free to go with whatever you feel you can achieve. It is better to have smaller goals you can manage than big ones you will only feel bad about...
