Vixtress, we both have similar goals - I want to get to just under 11 for my hollibobs in September. We can cheer each other on! I need to post on here more.
Well after that enthusiasm I'm just popping in to confess that I won't be weighing in this Friday. My allergic reaction is still raging and my legs are really swollen so lord knows how much extra fluid my pins are carrying. I know it's wimpy but I also know the scales will be unkind. Can I have it as a STS and then I'm hoping I'll back to normal within a few days.0 -

XI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Turkey has a massive availability of vegetables but they rarely eat potatoes . They have rice and yoghurt with most mealsç Protein is taken through nuts(loads of cheap nut shops).
İ should think there are lots of turkish recipes on the net--greek cooking has simular ideals!--i dont cook it i just eat it!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
Morning Folks
What a miserable day it was yesterday, heavy rain practically all day, as a result the only exercise I got was doing some housework then started on some knitting – at least that might help sort out my “bingo wings” :rotfl:
Food-wise I had –
B – Toast & Pate, tomatoes
L – Crackers & Cheese, cucumber
D – Onion Tart, broccoli & green beans
S – 2 custard creams, Sparkling Pomegranate & Elderflower Juice – just noticed it is 30kcals per 100mls  – at least it’s less than a glass of wine.
Thankfully I have almost finished the weekend leftovers so off to rummage in the fridge/freezer, menu plan and see if I can come up with more interesting meals - still have half of my 5kg bag of onions to use  - so that will give you a clue :rotfl:Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £16.930 -
wet and rainy here, so only exercise will be housework.
