Morning all
We're having a jubilee event at lunchtime that involves a free BBQ and an auction of cakes/savouries for charity, so trying to keep my other meals fairly restrained today!
Breakfast: babybel, half a granola bar
Lunch: unknown!
Snacks: apple, pear, satsumas
Dinner: tortellini with tomato sauce (I *will* make this tonight, last night ended up with tacos, as DH didn't fancy them)
Next 2 days I'm at a workshop event at a hotel, so lunches will be provided, and we have a conference dinner at a very nice restaurant tomorrow night, so will relax a bit and just have what I fancy.
Saw the MW yesterday, and she's happy with my lack of weight gain so far, and says that I should expect to start gaining more weight due to baby from now on, but to still try and avoid putting on too much extra. I should aim for less than 1.5stone from where I started by the end of my pg. Plus we got to hear the heartbeat, which was amazing :jLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Afternoon everyone. Welcome to the newcomers, and best of luck !
I weighed myself on the scales in Tesco today, I came up 4 pounds lighter, .8 of an inch taller than I thought, BMI of 25, and best of all, a body fat % of 29.7 [it was 39%, and that wasn't even at my heaviest]. As you can guess, I'm delighted with these results, although I'm not sure of the accuracy of these scales. In any case, they aren't the usual scales I weigh myself on, so I will weigh myself on my wii fit on Friday morning.
My meal plans are -
B - wholemeal toast, banana,chopped nuts
L - wholemeal sandwich made with LF cream cheese and cucumber. A few doritoes with salsa dip
D - lentil and veg curry. Tinned peaches with LF yoghurt and honey.
I went swimming today, unfortunately the pool was too busy to really swim properly, so I only managed 40 minutes. I think I'm going to have to add different exercise to my routine, as it is becoming more and more difficult to get space to swim and I would guess it will get worse with the lovely weather.
Have a good day everyone.0 -

Evening All,
I keep struggling with my willpower too and still haven't lost the weight I put on over my holiday. However, I was pleased earlier today when it was brought home to me just how much weight I have lost already. We were emptying a bath full of water into our water butt and I was staggering along with a very large bucket of water when it occurred to me to stand on the scales holding it. I weighed half a stone less with this bucket of water than I did at my heaviest - and I could barely carry it!!
Wow  well doneBit grey and dank today. Got half of my long hair cut off yesterday the hairdresser was blown away by the thickness you could have stuffed a cushion with what came off. Must be some weight loss with that:rotfl: Tuesday went like this

T: BBQ chick drumstick with salad and tabouleh
S: 2 oatcakes with ham and s cheese.
E:body conditioning and body balance.
I think I would need to have a leg cut off to make a difference to my weight!
I don't want to nag but why aren't you having any breakfast?Afternoon everyone. Welcome to the newcomers, and best of luck !

I bet you are delighted and you deserve to be too. Well done!
savesummore why don't you weigh yourself first thing before you add variables like food and water, but post later in the day when you have time?:cool::cool:
It has not been such a good week for me, I haven't been reading this thread often enough to keep me on the straight and narrow. I find the more often I read all of your posts the better I am at sticking to my own diet."Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."Weight loss challenge:j: week 1~ Napoleon Bonaparte
