Evening All,
It's been another glorious day here and I'm about to go out for an evening walk now that it's getting a bit cooler.
B: Museli and sultanas
L: HM croissant (not entirely successful experiment by DH and a bit too 'bready') with cream cheese and prawns. Cherry tomatoes.Roast chicken with HM stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, peas, carrots, sweetcorn and cabbage. Iced raspberry smoothie.
Exercise: Walk in a minute - probably 5 miles. Walk earlier to supermarket and back.

Morning, All
I have that Monday feeling again. Never mind, really loved the warm sunny weekend. More of those are on order...shame it's going to cool down so much. By Wednesday, we'll have lost >10 degrees!! Back to fleeces again .
My portion sizes are creeping up....well, actually, galloping up! So, I need to get a grip of that again. Today's plan is -
Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch - chicken salad, with hm potato salad
Dinner - Freezer surprise - think this is chicken & chorizo
Have a lovely day, All!

Morning Folks,
Bit more of a breeze here today - finding it quite refreshing. I'm going to tackle the shed today - otherwise known as the dumping ground - and take all the junk to the re-cycling dump.
LB - I too think I'm falling back into old habits - I couldn't resist having half a garlic baguette with my lasagne last night and my small plate was at the point of overflowing
I need to be really, really good for the next few days as I'm out for a meal with friends on Thursday and visitors staying Friday & Saturday which will no doubt involve the consumption of alcohol  but at least I will try and keep the meals healthy.
Today's meals =
B - Yoghurt & Stewed Rhubarb
L - Ham Salad
D - L/O Aubergine Lasagne, green beans - NO garlic bread :A

Took tupperware of salad, cheese cubes and a slice of hm bread for lunch yesterday. Nom nom. Think I'll do the same today minus the bread and cheese for my 4pm nibble time. Still got some apple and ginger which I'll mix 50:50 for tonight's posh wine glass treat. Scales already showing right direction this week :T but off to conference thursday which will be long train journey and 2 nights with MIL. I was NOT good on Saturday, but not too bad yesterday. Several of my children have tummy bugs so I am eating when I feel like it and not bothering too much about what as I am bound to get it at some point and I need my energy for all the scrubbing!
Have taken chicken breasts out of the freezer, not sure what I am doing with them. Ended up taking Ds2 to hospital yesterday instead of doing the food shop (my Mum was worried the tummy bug was appendicitis, I with she wouldn't be so paranoid but I guess it's best to check) so have little in the way of veg...
DS2 off school and DD off preschool so no chance of shopping today...

Morning all
Mixed weekend with me foodwise, just haven't been very hungry, but when I did fancy something, it wasn't v good! Amount of fruit eaten sat/sun = 1 portion, number of mint cornettos eaten = 3Think it was the heat, so hope to feel more like eating later in the week.
We had a freezer disaster on Thursday, door was left ajar overnight so a lot of things were partially defrosted, including all my ice lollies *sob* rescued what we could, but now need to eat through it asap so I can properly defrost the freezer as it's more ice than space at the moment.
Today:
Breakfast: glass fruit juice, babybel, half nature valley chewy trail mix bar. (Would not recommend, nowhere near as nice as their crunchy granola bars I normally buy. Put the other half in the bin)
Lunch: philly, chicken and bacon roll, apple, satsumas, pear, 2 x petit filous
Snacks: 2 halves of granola bar
Dinner: undecided, some tortellini in the fridge need using up though, so may make a tomato/cheese sauce to go with them.
Exercise: swimmingLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
