    Mornin' all

Why do I do it ?? I ended up going to the Little Ch*f for tea last night. I had every intention of ordering a chicken salad but when the waitress came I asked for an Olympic breakfast. It was out of my mouth before I'd got my brain in gear ! It was lovely but really, I ask you, am I an idiot or what ??

    Breakfast : LF yoghurt, banana

Lunch : Rice cakes, LF soft cheese, grapes

Mid afternoon : Two Amaretti biscuits

Evening meal : Going to Mum and Dads so I don't know anything except salmon is involved.

Half a pint of skimmed milk for drinks

Hi Folks & welcome to sock-knitter & jpscloud

There’s something about clearing out and getting rid of “junk” that’s quite satisfying -
    1 - Shed cleared – check √
2 - Junk, including dead lawnmower, to recycling dump – check √
    3 – Tidy, well organised shed – check √
If I wasn’t so obviously female you might think I’m developing male tendencies, hate to admit it but I’m really becoming quite fond of my shed :rotfl:

Speaking of being satisfied, things started off well today but I gave into my cravings......again (naughty, naughty, N2B :naughty::naughty:) I had bought some crisps for the weekend to go with some healthy type dips – but just couldn't resist :o – what’s happening to me and my willpower!!!

    B – Yoghurt & stewed rhubarb
L – Sandwich of Cheese & Onion Crisps and sliced tomato :eek:
D – Sausage & Butter Bean Casserole, broccoli & sweetcorn

Off to review my finances and sign up to the GC again, been AWOL for a month and its beginning to show so I need to get it back under control.

Today was a bit rubbish -

B - cornflakes with soya milk
D - fish fingers and mushy peas (too many fish fingers though)
S - starburst sweets (had to get rid of them, honest!)
D - chicken korma and rice from Co-op (whoopsied, couldn't resist)

Not very OS today but I will do better soon.

Resisted buying crisps, yay me - I have some salt and vinegar twisty things, that I like but don't OD on, so will have a handful of those instead.

    Evening All,

I keep struggling with my willpower too and still haven't lost the weight I put on over my holiday. However, I was pleased earlier today when it was brought home to me just how much weight I have lost already. We were emptying a bath full of water into our water butt and I was staggering along with a very large bucket of water when it occurred to me to stand on the scales holding it. I weighed half a stone less with this bucket of water than I did at my heaviest - and I could barely carry it!!

B: Stewed gooseberries with Greek yoghurt
L: 2 ryvitas with cream cheese with garlic and herbs, cherry tomatoes.
D: Sole with a lemon and blackpepper coating, broccoli with a little melted cheese, mushrooms. Rice pudding.
Snacks: Slice of cheese scone with butter. Portion of sunflower seeds and peanuts. Iced raspberry smoothie.

Exercise: 9km run/walk (6 minutes running/2 minutes walking). 3km walk. Walk to work and back - about 2.5km.

    Happy Wet Wednesday, Everyone

For the last week or so, I was at least running alongside the wagon but am now trudging miles behind it. Work stress and I am allowing it to make me feel miserable again, and affecting my eating - alcohol (only a small aount but even so, it's not good every night) and chocolate again. I'm trying to think of sparrows in sh*t :rotfl:and time will pass and all the other good things you've mentioned over the weeks, but it isn't cutting it at the moment. I am my own worst enemy, but the good news is that I only have 3 more days at work, then all of next week off, so hope to get out walking and MAKE myself feel happier and healthier.

Today's plan to deviate from is -

    Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch - chicken (from the freezer) salad with the last of hm potato salad and a banana
Dinner - sausage and bean casserole from the freezer (last night's turned out to be meat balls in tomato sauce - yummy!)

    Roll on Friday night :o

Have a good day, sorry to be so depressing!

    LB xx
