I am reporting a sts. I am not too surprised after all the eating on our little Blackpool trip. Will do better next week.
NTBT I too agree with all the others about itLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -
Holy Moly………what a week I’m having. As planned I went out into the glorious sunshine to cut the grass and after 10mins the mower died in a puff of smoke …aaaaaaaaargh. Got a new one, luckily I had saved up a bit on my nectar card but it still dented the budget a bit. It seemed to take forever to put the thing together, so a job that should have taken 40mins took me three hours  – at least the sun is still shining and looks set to continue for another few days
Anyway, forgot to post today’s meals this morning
B – Yoghurt & Fruit
L – Salad Sandwich
D – Veg & Lentil Curry, poppadum’s x 3Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £16.930 -

That's a lot, but nothing compared to what I had been putting away!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Morning, Everyone
Starting to get bored with this lovely weather now
Today's plan is -
brekkie - has to be a bacon sarnie, I'm afraid. It's the only thing that will satisfy me this morning...just waiting for it to defrost
lunch - cheese/crackers/hm chutney/crisps - will be gardening so something easy but satisfying
dinner - have just got a couple of pieces of hm pizza out of the freezer. I have to avoid Eurovision tonight as I really can't abide it so I may go food shopping tonight instead of tomorrow, and just want something quick and easy to eat.
Enjoy a stunningly lovely weekend, all.

Hugs xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
