Lovely day. I too really wish I didn't have to go and sit at a desk inside

Brekkie - toast and cream cheese

Lunch - French onion soup with last of freezer naan

Dinner - pasta bake (seems to be popular choice on here today)

Treats - I forgot to bring my fruit in for 4pm munchies but am holding out OK. Someone made me a latte this morning which has totally got rid of TOTM craving for chocolate. More convinced than ever it's a calcium thing

Exercise - will go for another walk

Hi everyone and welcome back Ragz

What a glorious day, breakfast sitting on my patio soaking up the sunshine, then a bit of gardening, sowing some more veggies, hope it’s nice again tomorrow - really must tackle the weeds.

Having successfully given away half of the rhubarb I picked on Sunday….I now need to find some likely candidates who will take some of the 8lbs of rhubarb & ginger jam I made yesterday (less temptation for me)

    Today’s meals as follows
    B – Boiled Egg, oatcake
    L – Tomato & Courgette Soup
D – Tamarind Chickpeas, pitta, salad.

Yesterday I made Gnocchi with some leftover mashed potatoes but have to say I didn’t like it as much as the semolina based one I’d made before, but I will persist as I now have a bag of the little blighters in the freezer that will do another 2-3 meals

Hope you all are having a good day.

    :hello: everyone!

    Food:
b - fruit & fibre with semi skimmed milk, banana with PB - 353 cals
    l - egg mayonaise sandwich, 2 blueberry mini muffins - 515 cals
s - chocolate cream frappaccino, fruit lolly - 313 cals
t - greek yogurt with honey, fresh pineapple, strawberries and raspberries - 252 cals

    Exercise -317 cals

    Total: 1,116 calories.

Not too bad today. It's so warm here that I really don't want much for tea - when I get warm I don't tend to want to eat anything hot, so some fresh fruit and yogurt will do me fine :) I didn't realise how many cals were in the chocolate cream frap but never mind, was a lovely treat. I'm pretty pleased with today :)

Hope everyone's enjoying the sunshine, it certainly makes me feel alive :)

    Breakfast - apple
Dinner - Out with DD shopping and to buy sports kit so we had McD burger/chips, but I did have an orange juice so not all bad :o
    T - buttered scone
S - lots of fruit today, feeling the need after two days of bread/rolls
E - DD and I joined the gym and were shown how all the instruments of torture work. Does that count? We're having an induction on Thursday, panicked at the idea but was assured it's quite painless :rotfl:

    Enjoy the evening :)

W oohoo despite forgetting to takefruit to work managed to avoid the 4pm nibblefest and had fizzy cherry drink in fave wine glass when i got in. Was going to do pasta but did risotto instead. Loads left and remembered i have working lunch tomoz. So risotto into freezer or i'll nibble away. Off for my lovely evening walk with my lovely OH. Well done all, enjoy the sun

    Morning!

gorgeous again, and my, don't we all feel better? It comes across loud and clear in the posts :j. I left work EARLY (wow!) yesterday and pottered at home, basking in the sun and warmth. Fantastic! I've been up since 5.30 again this morning, and it's such a pleasure to potter in the garden with a cuppa in the early morning. Shame I have to drag myself to work, though. I have a week off but that's not until the beginning of June...please let the weather be like this!

    Anyway...before I get too carried away...today's plan is -

    Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch - hm tomato soup & hm bread from the freezer
Dinner - pasta bake (again :rotfl:luckily, it's delicious as I think there is enough for tomorrow too)

    Enjoy your lovely day, everyone.

Ooh this weather is just lovely! However it also makes me wish I'd knuckled down with the weight loss earlier in the year so I too could be parading around in lovely skirts and vests, without feeling like a blimp!

Well WI today for me, as I thought I have gained back the two pounds I lost last week! Exercise went out the window as we've been laying laminate flooring and trying to get the spare room sorted, but I'm going swimmming tomorrow and then back with my spinning classes.

At the moment today looks like this:

breakfast: mullerlight - grab and go, have no fruit or cereal bars so this will have to do for the moment.

lunch: I have a small ciabatta roll (reduced in asda last night! very MSE!) with salad and a slice of Leerdammer light. Will have to pop out for some fruit of some kind to fill me up.

tea: something quick and easy as I have loads of housework to do when I get in, probably Sainsburys basics vegetable fingers, homemade SW wedges and baked beans.

Well I am back from my 2 days in Blackpool, I am so glad I booked it last month and couldn't have chosen better weather if I had tried :j

That being said I just ate and ate. We had pizza and wine, fish and chips, cakes, ice cream, more wine, bagels, need I go on :o

I weighed in this morning and have not put anything on so hopefully all the walking we did has balanced it out. My legs are really sore this morning. Back to normal today.

    BF: Museli
    L: Soup
D: vege burger mash and peas
    S: Fruit
