My advice to you for dealing with this eating when stressed is to know it is going to happen and plan for it. If you are giving in at 4ish and eating "bad" stuff. Take a nice snack which won't break your diet and eat it then.
I also had a fizzy water with a little cherry squash in my wine glass when I got in. I dare say it's more calories than a cup of tea, but considerably better than wobbleade and better for my motivation
Re exercise I unfortunately damaged both my arms 18 months ago. I've had physio and an injection in one. Recovering, but a bit nervous of anything too energetic, but will defo go for nice walk with OH :AMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Hi Daska,
Im not posting total weight loss just keeping all the weight loss/ gain/ STS for particular weeks in one place so Ragz can find them easily and edit her original post. I have amended my original post to include for Friday 18th. Hoping Ragz will be back soon x
Well done for doing that list, it was fab. If only I had noticed it before I read the thread forwards and wrote them all down... doh!
But it was lovely of you to do it, thank you :A
Move is very hard work and very stressful, at the 'house full of boxes and can't find anything' stage now with the old house to clean by tomorrow...

Can I join in too please? again
I was previously a paying member of Slimming World but didn't tend to have to time to stay to the full class so rather than pay £4.95 to get weighed and then scarper I'm just weighing myself every Wednesday morning at home.
I have 2.5 stone to lose with my first target being 12st 3. I will have lost 10% of my bodyweight then and brought my BMI down to 26.
My second target is 10st 10 which will bring me to 22.8.
I tend to yo-yo, 2lbs off, 1lb back. Started off at 13st 7 and last weeks weigh took me back up to 13st 4!
Me and OH are looking to book a jolly in early September so I'd like to get down to at least 11st 5 by then to feel comfortable in my bikini.
My target for the end of June is to have lost 12lbs.0 -

Afternoon All
It's lovely and warm and sunny here and I'm still in a vest top and leggings after my Pilates Class. DGD is here again and we had a super time in the garden picking daisies and playing chase with her teddy bear earlier.
B: HM granary bread toasted with jam and butter.
L: Cauliflower soup - made with all the trimmings left over from making cauliflower cheese on Sunday. It tasted really nice and DGD even asked to scrape out my bowl with the last of her roll after she'd finished her own. Greek yoghurt with lemon juice and Splenda. Not sure yet but probably Sole with peas, and the last of the cauliflower cheese.
Exercise: 1hour of Pilates. Walk to exercise class and back (about a mile and a half). Maybe walk with DGD later to buy an icecream and probably a longish walk this evening if my dog walking friend is available.
Rose
ETA: Did have a walk this evening of 5 miles, plus another 1 mile to chemist and back to pick up a prescription. However, I also had some icecream with toffee sauce after the evening meal and then a small portion of rice pudding just now!Weight Loss Challenge 5/7/19 10st 6lbs
