Mornin' all
I'm afraid I've got to report a 1lb gain this week. It may be due to TOTM but I'm not convinced. I suspect I need to get more exercise.
Today
Breakfast : LF yoghurt, banana
Lunch : Oatcakes, LF soft cheese, handful of nuts and sultanas.
Robson
Mid afternoon : Rich tea biscuit
Evening meal : LO quorn bolognaise with jacket potato
Half a pint of skimmed milk for drinksI almost had a psychic boyfriend but he left me before we met.0 -
WI and I'm sts hardly surprising since its TOTM. I remember someone talking about the swings in weight due to fluid retention so I decided for once to weigh myself every morning since Monday and it was a real eye opener.
M 10 9 1/4
T 10 5 1/4
W 10 4 1/4
T 10 4
F 10 3
Before I would have seen my "weight gain" on Monday and just given up and back to my usual grazing ways. Not now I intend to keep on track and watch my weight go down gradually and stop worrying about water retention.
Have a good weekend everyone.
Thursday went like this
B: nothing
L: oatcakes with spreading cheese and ham
T: enchiladas and salad
S: orange and a choc ice
E: body balance and body pump."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -

Reporting a 1lb loss this week.
slowlyfading I agree with the others, a STS is not a fail, it's a step in the right direction. If I beat myself up every time I had a STS I'd have jumped off a high kerb by now! (I'm just under 5 feet tall so most of them seem tall to me)

Reporting another 1LB loss, after last weekend I am surprised to lose anything at all.
I am going away to Blackpool for a couple of days next week (£19 premier inn sale room ) and have booked 2 meals out as a treat for my son, I used the free tastecard to book 241 meals so moneysaving but he did choose Bella Itallia and Harry Ramsdens  I don't think they do low fat fish and chips do they
In preparation I am going to do my best to stick to just healty low fat this weekend and for the few days after I get back.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -

3lb loss to report this week! Something of a fluke methinks as I have been eating the same sort of food and using the same sort of energy, but maybe something has kicked in to the metabolism and I am burning it off better. Just as well as I am off travelling around for the next ten days and will not have the same choice of healthy food available. On the other hand I will be walking more and maybe utilising more energy that way!
I am now in the happy but rather difficult situation of being between clothes sizes but have had a huge clear out this morning of things that are obviously too droopy. I'm just going to make do with what I have now until I reach what I consider to be the maintenance weight, although it's difficult to know what that will be. I certainly know I would rather be a standard size 14 for instance than an 'iffy' 12 but that's another couple of stone or so down the line so it's not a decision I will have to make quickly.
I don't expect to lose any more when I report back next week, but you have to have a break sometimes and this is mine!Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14
