sparrer - I like to mix up my dinners too and seeing what surprises the freezer has for me. But at the moment I'm actually not finding eating the same things too bad as it saves so much time, as I can just cook/prepare a big batch for the week. Especially cooking a big pot of soup with loads of random veg and herbs/spices thrown in it, so MS and healthy and means all my dinners for the week are done!

EllaRose I do that too, or similar. Usually it's a small chicken with masses of veg and either curry paste or lots of tomato paste/puree/sundried tomatoes etc in the sc which portions into about 7/8 meals. I can eat those til the cows come home :D

ragz don't even think about the list, you've been marvellous week after week for ages, now you have to think of you and your own business. Are you moving far? Good luck in your new home :)

    Good morning all

I'm doing my WI this morning because I'm going to a works do tonight with DH and there is food etc all laid on. The kids are staying next door for the night. So I don't think I'll be able to weigh in tommorrow. So for this week I'm reporting a 2lb weight-loss

Even as I type this, I'm thinking "this is why I can't keep weight off" I'm thinking I'm going to an all you can eat Buffett and intending to do just that. So I guess I need to have a rethink.

    Morning, All

good luck with the move, Ragz!

Well, I'm heartily sick of my spring veg soup for lunches, so last night, I drained off the stock and added all the veges to my mince...so many veges

So, today's plan is slightly different and hopefully, I'll want to eat it (the spring veg soup has done it's job of making me not want to eat, anyway!! :rotfl:)

    Brekkie - hm muesli
lunch - hm tomato soup & the last of the hm bread
dinner - mince & tatties & a ton of veges :rotfl:

3 Good as Gold days in a row :T

Got to go, not only am I later ( as I did a survey this morning...only a teeny bit away from another Waitrose voucher :T), but old-boy cat is becoming very insistent on his morning cuddle now so I can hardly type! :o

    Have a good day

    LB xx

    Good Morning x
Really hope your move goes well Ragz xx
I would be happy to help you with updating the list. If you need me please PM x

I am really struggling this week. It has been very emotional, as my husband pointed out to me yesterday. Im totally out of synch with my eating patterns and not eating properly. I cant see that happening today either but plan to go and organise some shopping and a meal plan for the next week so `i am more in control.

    Hugs x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Mornin' all

Yesterday went OK apart from a piece of fruit cake that leapt out at me as I was passing through the kitchen and insisted on being eaten !

    Today

    Breakfast : LF yoghurt, banana

Lunch : Spicy roasted vegetables, handful of brazil nuts and sultanas

Mid afternoon : Rich tea biscuit

Evening meal : HM quorn spag bol

Half a pint of skimmed milk for drinks.

I'm going out for a drink tonight as its my BIL's birthday. I'm planning on having two halves of stout. Fingers crossed I'll have the willpower to stick to it !

I think you're right. Your head has to be in the right place, and you do have to plan ~ otherwise it is too easy just to eat any old stuff.
