In my dreams I win the lottery, then I can have my very own lap pool.[and a hunky male trainer] And all of the OS weight losers can come round and use it.
Oh please put my name down
I tried some jeans on last night. I havent been able to get in them for years and although they are tight (ok very tight) Im in them!!!!!
I have really started noticing a difference in the way I look (I lost 5lbs on my own before joining this challenge so 10lb in total):T
Just need to keep it up now and keep loosing

Hi All
Been a bit of a busy unorganised day today and only managed to get my yoghurt and berries this morning before having to rush out grabbing a couple of bits of fruit to eat on the go during the day, got back just before five absolutely ravenous and although I had defrosted some chipotle chicken, I have to admit that it didn’t look a lot on the plate so opted for a handful of oven chipsto go with it along with some veg.
I know it’s not good to eat most of the days calories in one meal, but heigh ho it’s done now and I feel so much better – probably feel different tomorrow when I WI, but doubt that there will be any change considering all the butter, pastry etc I have consumed this week, only hope I haven’t put on.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Morning All
I'm so pleased to report that after 4 (yes, 4!) good as gold days in a row, I have managed to crawl towards a STS :T:T:T
Given that at the start of the week, I looked like I'd put on 5lbs after my week of far too much food/chocolate/alcohol, then I'm really really pleased, and not a little surprised this morning.
So, onwards and upwards. I'm not grocery shopping this weekend (too close to my agreed budget limit ) so that will work well to keep me away from any temptation.
Today's plan is celebrating getting to the end of the week intact :rotfl:
brekkie - hm muesli
lunch - egg/tomato mayonaise sandwich in hm bun with lettuce (I have lots of eggs to use up this weekend, so eggs will feature large the next couple of days) ..oops...nearly forgot the crisps
dinner - small portion of lamb rogan josh from the freezer, brown rice
treat - oh, go on then, if you insist :rotfl:. A small whisky & coke as it's Friday
Good luck with your WIs.It's Friday!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!:T

Woohoo my Friday is done already, weigh in this morning showed 1.5 lost, so I'll just claim the one pound and hope I can make it to two for next week. Have a heavy weekend ahead of eating out, but feel I can now cut myself some slack for a couple of days.Mortgage

Morning Folks
Well done LavenderBees for pulling it back and Kiwisaver for getting in the losing track again.
Oh dear…..blotted my copybook…and have to report a 1lb gain, but still managing to keep under the 10st mark….just (9st 13lbs) At least I know where I went wrong – blasted onions – instead of cooking them in lashings of butter & oil I’ll be eating them raw for a few days.
It’s payday for me so off early to do a bit of a stock up shop.
Today’s menu =
B – Boiled Egg, Oatcake
L – HM Tomato & courgette soup
D – Vegetable Curry, brown rice, chutney
Good luck to everyone weighing in.
Fingers crossed, Ragz, that your move runs smoothly.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

I'm really failing with this challenge
STS again.

That's NOT a fail...that's NOT a bad result...keep on keeping on...
N2BT, don't worry, you'll easily pull a 1lb back, I'm sure. I LOVE payday but mine is a whole week away yet (sigh)
Well done to all posting losses so far.
I suspect the worry of whether Santander will disappear with my savings (a la Icelandic banks a few years ago) will help my weight loss in the coming week

I haven't got on the scales this morning, I weighed in yesterday. There wasn't really any healthy food to choose from at the Buffet but I only had one plateful and I drove so that I didn't drink anything other than diet . . I'm really pleased with myself.:T I don't think it can have done too much damage to my diet."Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."Weight loss challenge:j: week 1~ Napoleon Bonaparte
