Well done everyone, especially Angelsmomma with the BP down. Mine went down to an embarrassingly normal level after I had lost 25 lb or so.
Just 1lb loss for me this week, although every little helps. I seem to be eating a ridiculous amount of fruit these days and hope it isn't giving me too many blood sugar spikes. Next week I will be away for a few days and the hotel provides no meals in the price so I am trying to devise menus which won't require cooking, refrigerating or vast expense. Herbal teas and a travel kettle are all I have come up with so far. I can see myself eating salad out of a bag at this rate! Thank you Living proof, I am counting on it being normal in 2 months (and also my cholesterol and liver function) when I have my next blood test so you give me hopeLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0

Well done on another week everyone
I'm going to hold off weighing in until next week if that's ok?
I'm just starting to get my head back together, but not sure I'll cope to well if I've put loads on again. I'm planning on trying to have a really careful week with plenty of excercise and hope that helps get me back on track both with my head and the scales!
enjoy your evening everyone

Salads aren't a bad idea actually - also maybe some yoghurts/tin tuna/good bread, cheese/biscuits/ cuppa soups (though I hesitate as I'm unsure they have any nutritional value at all). Little snacky things together with your fruit will keep you filled up. Hope you enjoy your break
LB xx
P.S. almost forgot, there have been some excellent results recorded again. Really well done, and for those who STS...well it could be worse, you could be me...too frightened to get on the scales at all :rotfl:

well done everyone on your weightloss.
I have to declare this a bad week so i wont be weighing myself.
Today i have eaten everything in sight, including lots of choccie biscuits.
It seems when im out of my routine, then my food habits go abit wrong.
I will try again tomorrow.Comping for christmas xThankyou to all posters0 -
I'm reporting a STS.
I'm pretty sure that's because of TOTM so I'm not too worried. I've been eating well and exercising and not stressing too much. My first exam is tomorrow morning so I need to get enough sleep.0 -
Good luck for your first exam x
Keep plodding on xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
