    DITTO! :D

Not as bad as expected after all the meals out recently, have STS and not too disppointed as I was expecting a gain.

Got a new 2.5kg weight from exercise class yesterday, I've been using a 1.5kg one for ages so won't be able to slack now, and hopefully it will help with my bulgy back :o

    B - spicy fruity porridge
D - chicken, red onion, tomato wrap. Apple
T - 3 Crackerbread with marmite, philly and pickle, marmalade
S - melon, grapes, pear, plums
    E - 15 mins this morning, 15 mins this pm, plus weights/stretches

The sun is shining :j hope you can see it too :)

I suppose it's not exactly a bad thing to STS but I am beginning to feel like a fraud even being here on this thread. :(

I have spend the week toying with more drastic measures such as joining WW. The trouble is I look at the cost and can only think it wouldn't really be so terrible if I were to stay the same as I am, forever. :rotfl:

    Morning all :)
Have finished icing the wedding cakes, phew! Just need to get DH to help me line up the doweling rods when he gets in to make sure they're even, and we can take them to the venue this afternoon. We're out for dinner with bride and groom and our friends tonight, and then the wedding's tomorrow.

Weighed myself this morning, and I've lost yet more weight, despite not being sick since Saturday. I can still only eat really small portions compared to what I used to eat, but I've been eating what I fancy, and lots of cheese as I've gone off milk and most yoghurts etc. *confused* oh well, I'm sure it will start going in the other direction soon, checked my dress for tomorrow still fits last night, and I look distinctly bumpy!

    Today:
Breakfast: nothing/few bits fondant icing while cake decorating :o
    Lunch: shepherds pie, peas
    Snacks: satsumas, grapes
Dinner: out, don't even know what restaurant we're going to!

    Froglet due March 2016 :D

Oh no don't feel like that. I have a LOT of weight to loose and for the past year I have been completely inactive. So exercising daily and eating a lot less suddenly has more impact. I've yo-yo dieted for years, so I have kinda discovered what works for me. What I need is something like this thread so that I can loose weight and keep it off. At the moment my DH is paying for me to go to the gym, but I don't think we can really afford for me to do that in the long run.

I have found an American website called Spark it is free to use and full of loads of advice http://www.sparkpeople.com/ As I said it is American so you have to pick and choose a bit and they do send loads of emails, it might be possible to stop them if you looked into it, but I find getting them quite motivating. But I found it helpful. There may well be others but if you do Rosemary Conelly, Tescos or Weight Watchers you have to pay for it.
