DH keeps finishing my portions though, he's the one that's eating for two! :rotfl:

I get my seeds from the garden/diy centre, but you could probably get them cheaper - on the Sprouting Seeds thread (sorry cant do link) others had posted info on different online suppliers.D - crevettes a l'ail, gratin d'aubergine, tarte tatin.

B - a very ripe banana on toast
L - Cold meats, potato salad, pasta salad, lettuce.
D - Ham, asparagus, poached egg.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Aye, who'd be a woman, eh? Emotional eating is the pits. V glad you're feeling more positive this morning, and the way I'm trying to look at it is that the only way is up.
Mind you, whilst my salad was absolutely delish, I've finished it in 4 mins flat...could still eat a scabby horse for lunch...:o

G'day all

B - spicy porridge
D - pasta with tomato/veg sauce. Apple
T - usual 3 crackerbreads etc
S - melon, grapes, kiwi

Need2be it was good! 5 fat prawns in chilli, sun dried tomato and oil dressing with French bread - which I barely touched, just enough to mop up the oil. I like dipping oils, olives etc but when we asked for it they said they only have sunflower oil . Black mark for the 'Red Cafe'. The rest was good though and my thanks to Mr T for the vouchers..
Have a good rest of the day0 -
Afternoon.
God how hard was it to get up this morning?! :coffee: :coffee:
My eating is back on track today but seriously, I eat badly for 2 days and my body goes completely haywire, I've undone 3 weeks of (mostly) good work and can barely fit into my jeans again! I guess once your body is used to restricted calories it bloats up a lot quicker if you have a binge.

Exercise: Navigating the horrifying Primark in Stratford Westfield for around 45mins, simply to buy OH some socks and new shorts.
Today:
B: Banana, apple
L: Half a piece of peppered mackerel with lettuce, spinach, cucumber and red pepper salad.HM carrot and coriander soup.
S: 1 Jaffa cake, 2 salted cashews, milk for coffees and teas.
Exercise: Running, HIIT, probably for 6km, followed by upper body weights.0 -

Thats really good news too. I'm glad you're feeling better as well. The misnamed morning sickness is awful.LittleMoog wrote: »but my appetite has really shrunk, so I didn't eat much. DH keeps finishing my portions though, he's the one that's eating for two! :rotfl:
Your appetite shrinking isn't a bad thing. When I was last pregnant 9 years ago, they made this big deal about how you shouldn't weigh yourself when you are pregnant and shouldn't diet. I honestly believe it was the worst food advice I have ever had. I put on so much weight in my pregnancies and it means I was massive and found it hard to run round after toddlers. Obviously you need enough nutrition but you need to keep an eye on things too.______________
I managed to squeeze into size 16 trousers today. OK I had a muffin top, but still with a baggy top my legs looked better."Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."Weight loss challenge:j: week 1~ Napoleon Bonaparte
