Andrea, welcome! Quick question for you if you don't mind? How did you lose the 1stone 4lb? I am have a thyroid problem too and am finding it extremely difficult to lose weight and excercise!Summer weightloss challenge

hi mazzzy dont know about you i have had my thyroid out over a year ago and went from 8st7 to 12st4.i was determind to do it as my weight was getting me down an making me miserable as well as ye olde hormones!i m just eating sensible and at least an hour on the cross trainer combined with walking seams to be working for me so im happy well most days!0

I know exactly how you feel!
Moving in two weeks, which on top of the emotional issues I am currently getting with my thyroid problem I am just too stressed to do this or any exercises (or the Grocery Challenge) at the moment.
I am still reading posts and will keep on top of the challenge.
Well done to everyone declaring a loss today, I have managed to STS (no idea how).

Morning all
B - Spicy fruity porridge
D - Leg of lamb steak, green beans, small jacket. Apple
T - 3 crackerbread w/ff yogurt, 1xphilly, 1xmarmite, 1xmarmalade
S - Melon, banana, apple, plum
E - Already done 15 mins and cleaned the bathroom top to toe, not raining (atm!) so need to get some plants out.

Friday went like this
B: slimfast shake
L: 3 oatcakes with ham and spreading cheese and cup soup
T: aubergine parmigiano with torteloni
S: cheese and ham sandwich, few crisps and 2 lager

Ive done loads of cleaning today-must have burnt some calories!!!
Today:
B: 2 slices HM wholemeal bread, 2 rashers of bacon 1/2 tin tomatos
L: 1/2 carton tomato and basil soup and a bargain roll!
Hmmmm lots of tomatos so far!!!!
T: going out for a meal for my best friends bday so will probably have afew too many calories
Bargain rolls- i went into sainsbobs thurs night approx 7:30pm on my break from college and they were selling off 6 packs of bread rolls for 20p!!! So i brought three packs and put them in the freezer
They also had fresh eclairs for 20p :eek: but i resisted them :T
