I know exactly how you feel!

Moving in two weeks, which on top of the emotional issues I am currently getting with my thyroid problem I am just too stressed to do this or any exercises (or the Grocery Challenge) at the moment.
I am still reading posts and will keep on top of the challenge.

Well done to everyone declaring a loss today, I have managed to STS (no idea how).

    Hi all

Ive done loads of cleaning today-must have burnt some calories!!!

    Today:

B: 2 slices HM wholemeal bread, 2 rashers of bacon 1/2 tin tomatos
L: 1/2 carton tomato and basil soup and a bargain roll!
Hmmmm lots of tomatos so far!!!!
T: going out for a meal for my best friends bday so will probably have afew too many calories :p

Bargain rolls- i went into sainsbobs thurs night approx 7:30pm on my break from college and they were selling off 6 packs of bread rolls for 20p!!! So i brought three packs and put them in the freezer :D

They also had fresh eclairs for 20p  but i resisted them :T

I intend to go swiming tomorrow and bank hols Monday hopefully to burn off tonights delights ;)
