    My meals today

B: 2 wholemeal toast and honey
L: home made vege stew with beetroot
D: 2 vege burgurs, carrot and swede mash, potatoes and gravy
S: 10 fruit pastilles, 1 toffee eclair sweet, 1 milk ice lolly

Couldn't stop eating the pastilles once I started, I bought them for my ds and he didn't like them.

I ordered some swimwear in the sale today for store pickup (Very mse) so I can go swimming. I have not been since I put so much weight on I outgrew my costume :o I home educate my son so we can go when its not busy during the school day. He is really excited as he loves swimming.

    Morning, everyone,

I can't tell you how little I'm looking forward to going to work today - too much work, too little time, so very stressful at the moment. :(

Ah well, soon be the weekend...

    Today's plan is -

    Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch - hm tuna pasta salad & a lone tangerine that's begging to be eaten
Dinner - sausage & beans casserole out of freezer

    Exercise - not expected.

    Treats - trying not to

It's foggy and yuk here this morning. Hope the sun is shining wherever you are.

    LB xx

    Hi Folks,

Disappointedly its dark and wet here, three days of fine weather was too much to hope for, I haven’t seen the forecast so don’t know if it’s due to brighten up later. I'm hoping to get the last of the painting done today but because the light on the stairway isn’t good I’ll maybe have to put it off till the sun’s shining – what a shame.

Think I need to dip into the “Shabby Chic” thread to get some ideas – I have some old picture frames that I want to brighten up and put up a photo family tree with some old black & white photos. Looked for some gold leaf in the DIY store yesterday but they didn’t have any so need to get searching on t’internet.

Anyway I hope all this up and down ladders lark has done some magic for the WI on Friday, but just in case today’s menu & weekly plan should get me back on track.
    B – Boiled Egg, Oatcake
    L – Ham salad

    morning all :)
hope you all had nice weekends. After a miserable week of morning sickness I seem to have turned a corner over the weekend, been feeling much better. :j Plus I was 12 weeks yesterday and I have my scan this afternoon, exciting! I do wish DH would stop saying "what if it's twins?!" though, it makes me feel v stressed!

Attempting to get back to regular meals and veg intake this week, I'm fed up of feeling bloaty and spotty.

Breakfast: 1 crumpet with scrape of butter, handful dried apricots
Lunch: some sort of sandwich, satsumas, apple
Dinner: not planned yet, but have leeks and purple sprouting broccoli to go with whatever it is!

snacks: rich tea biscuits, babybel, grapes

no exercise planned today, apart from a bit of walking round shops after my scan, I need to get some maternity jeans as I can't do up my normal ones now :o I cleared out all my size 18s as an aid to my diet/willpower, and my size 16s which fitted well but weren't loose before I got pg are now way too tight.

hoping to go swimming after work on Tuesday and Thursday this week though if I continue to feel better, and pilates on Wednesday as ususal!

Ooops, sorry Ragz, I thought I'd weighed in on Friday but can't find my post. Anyway, I've lost the 2lb I put on over Easter and another 1lb for good measure. So am now 14st 13lb and declaring 1lb.

    Mornin' all

Well this weekend went a bit pear shaped. My son gave me a taste of a takeaway curry he'd got on Friday night and something in it kicked off my IBS. Fruit and salad make it worse so I had to steer clear for a couple of days. It seems to have settled down now so I'm risking both today.

    Today
Breakfast : Pear and grapes, LF plain yoghurt

    Lunch : Salad with olives

    Mid afternoon. Two Jaffa cakes

Evening meal : LO three bird roast, carrots and green beans

    Mid evening : Hot chocolate

Half a pint of skimmed milk for drinks

    Afternoon all, :)

I had a mixed weekend, was good in terms of eating but I got rather sozzled on Saturday as it was a good friend's birthday. Don't really want to think about all those alcohol calories...

So back on track this week with no drinking!

    B: Banana, apple
L: HM Surprise veg soup with 1 Ryvita
D: Olive crusted fish recipe with roasted veg & rice
S: handful of mixed nuts, milky coffees (can't seem to wake up today).

    B - missed
D - Pepper and blue cheese burger (no bun), few chips, tomato, lettuce. coleslaw, one very vinegary gherkin. Pud - Chocolate cheesecake with cream and ice cream (took DD out)
    T - 2 crackerbread w/ff yogurt, 1xegg, 1xmarmalade
    S - grapes, banana, melon
E - 2 1/2 hour class this am, 1 hour gardening this pm

Anyone who can advise please - weight/inches are going slowly but I'm left with a back which 'bulges' above and below my bra strap. I don't think it's the bra as I need buy smaller ones now, so if anyone has any tips on how to reduce the back I'd be grateful. Must be the most difficult part of the body to reduce :(
