Evening All
Well done everyone on another week of weight loss challenge, whether it is for a loss or staying the same.
I think I may have celebrated a bit too much today as I am feeling rather full at present. I have been baking sticky toffee puddings for a friend and had a few too many tastes, on top of a bigger amount of food than I am used to.
B: Raspberries with Greek yoghurt
L: 2 egg spinach and cheese omelette (but both eggs were double yolkers!). Lemon yoghurt1/2 mushroom pizza (could have been worse as I found myself putting the whole one on the oven tray to start with!) 2 raspberry smoothies
Snacks: Small bar of dark chocolate. Lots of tastes of my sticky toffee pudding mixture and the sauce.
Exercise: 1 hours stability ball class. About 2 mile walk.

S: M*ller Light & pack quavers (88 cals so not too bad)

Oh and two sneaky rich tea biscuits
Im thinking next week im going to go on abit of a health kick:

Morning Folks,
Had a busy day decorating yesterday so meal plan was more for convenience rather than a healthy, culinary experience, I ended up just having two meals interspersed with fruit snacks:-
Mid-Morning – Bacon sandwich
Dinner – Corned Beef, new potatoes, salad.
Snack – Banana, Apple, Yoghurt & honey.
Today the top coat needs doing, but I’ve run out of masking tape so need to make a trip to the DIY store first. For meals I’m a bit more organised and an early morning rummage in the freezer has resulted in
B – Toast, spreading cheese, cucumber
L – Soup
D – Roast Pork, new potatoes, veg
Hope you all have a good day despite the weather; looks like another sunny day here – two days in a row – must a record!!Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190 -

Hi, Everyone,
I'm back from the southern south..survived the big city :rotfl:I've been rained on all weekend and an awful trashing journey back today - all trains delayed and horrible wet and windy platforms - not fun! But it was lovely to see my friend :j
I've caught up with the losses, and am really impressed. Well Done!! Mine was a sts when I weighed myself at the unearthly hour of 4am on Friday. I'm happy with that, also my friend is vegetarian and serves sensible portions, so I haven't overeaten, though a reasonable amount of wine has been imbibed
Hope to get back to posting properly tomorrow...am too shattered now, but just wanted to say well done to you all. Fab results! :T
