    Morning Folks,

A bit of a pampering day for me today, the one thing I haven’t yet economised on is the hairdresser that I use, it’s a bit pricey but I do enjoy the head & shoulder massage they give before they start washing & cutting and the hand massage you get whilst the stylist does the business.

Delving into the freezer for my meals today so lunch & dinner looks like
    B – Fruit salad, yoghurt
    L – Soup
D - Pork Curry, brown rice

Hope you all have a good day.

    Morning all :)
After a much better day yesterday I was a bit sick this morning, but still made it to work :j Even better the lady I sit next to has gone to an all morning meeting - she wears incredibly strong/heavy perfume which used to make me a bit queasy BEFORE I was pg, but is now unbearable! :o After my scan next week I'm considering asking to move desks, it's so bad! I really like my desk otherwise though, so a bit reluctant :o

    Today:
Breakfast: 1 cream cracker, 1 slice toast w/ butter
Lunch: ham and dairylea sandwich, grapes, pear
Snacks: babybel, 5 cocktail sausages, satsumas, apple, rich tea biscuits (as and when, may take some of it home again but I'm starving all the time atm and I have to last til after pilates!)
    Dinner: sausage, mash and beans

    exercise: pilates (1hr)

I've completely gone off milk and yoghurts, any suggestions for adding more calcium to my diet without eating a ridiculous amount of cheese?

Green leafy vegetables (but not spinach). Eat things such as broccoli, parsley, spring greens etc.

    Mornin' all

Yesterday went to plan except when I got back from my meeting I was starving and there happened to be a cold sausage in the fridge. I'd eaten it before I even thought about it ! Doh !

I stopped telling people I was cutting down because I was fed up of the 'Just one won't hurt' brigade. Now I just say no thanks and no-one bats an eyelid !

    Today
Breakfast : Fruit salad (Pear, grapes and kiwi) LF plain yoghurt

Lunch : Rice cakes with LF soft cheese and tomatoes, Few almonds and dried cranberries

Mid afternoon : Rich tea biscuit

Evening meal : Don't know. Going to Mum and Dads as going out later with Mum

Hopefully will be back late enough to not need anything to eat before bed.

    Don't panic, Mr Mannering :rotfl:

Seriously, don't worry - we've all been "there", many of us still are "there".

The most important thing is to realise that baby steps of eating a little better/more healthily will make a difference.

Maybe aim to be sick on this lady's desk, and she might be the one to ask for a move? :rotfl:

I do sympathise though. How awful for you. Hope this phase moves on quickly for you, you do sound like you've suffered badly :(

B Homemade low fat yogurt and mixed berries (Farmfoods, v. good value)
L Pitta bread with half a mashed ripe avocado and salad
D Pollock fillet, brocolli, cabbage a a potato

I can't get out of the habit of weighing myself daily and it sets the scene for the day. If I have put on weight I feel down throughout the day and if I have lost it, I am much more positive and have a more successful time. Today I am two pounds less than yesterday so no prizes for guessing my mood! I will attempt to wean myself off this constant weighing, but it's not easy!
