Morning ladies. Just reporting a 1lb loss. I've got to admit though, I haven't really been trying too hard this week. I really must start taking this more seriously but I have zero willpower. For some reason I just can't get in to it this time. Will try harder next week! Hope everyone has a great weekend. xxx
p.s tink1981 - I love your idea of banana fritters, can I ask how you make them?0 -
Mornin' all
Weighed in this morning and its an STS for me. I'm disappointed but not surprised. I ate at other peoples houses this week, its TOTM and I'm retaining enough water to fill a rain barrel.
My trousers do feel a little looser though so I'm concentrating on that today.
Well done all the losers ! There are some fantastic scores on the doors !
Today
Breakfast : LF yoghurt, banana
Lunch : HM vegetable soup, Sugar free jelly
Mid afternoon : Two Rich tea biscuits
Evening meal : LO oven pancake. carrots and green beans
Half a pint of skimmed milk for drinks
Won't be on again until Monday so I hope you all have a good weekend.

Morning all

I'm not declaring my weight for the challenge, but I weighed myself yesterday and I've only put on 2lb since I found out I'm pg. Quite pleased with this as I've been told to aim for less than 1.5st gain overall, and my trousers/skirts are all feeling really tight so I felt like I'd gained loads. Must be bloating (glamourous!) as it's too early for me to show yet. :rotfl:
Meals:
Breakfast: 2 biscuits
really queasy this morning
Lunch: cheese salad sandwich, wotsits, babybel.
Dinner: undecided, will be something small as if I eat a large meal at night I'm sick at bedtime

Congratulations to all who have lost lbs! Excellent work!:T
I'm very disappointed to announce I've STS.:(
Pretty gutted as I've been good this week and have worked out in the gym 4 times. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong???:(:(
Maybe I'll need a bit longer for my body to actually start shifting pounds?
Bahhh.

EllaRose - if you've pushed yourself at the gym your muscles may be retaining water while they repair themselves. It's part of the normal recovery mechanism. Fingers crossed for a good loss next week

Thanks for the moral support LittleMoog! I'm hoping that's what it is.:o
magical - it's probably the choc! I try to drink loads of water every day as it makes me feel better, and helps me flush out toxins. I'm sure it's nothing but a good thing to drink plenty of water.
