Hi just checking in. Monday went like this
B: nothing
L: large tub of fruit and half a cheese salad bowl
T: black bean noodles with stir fry pork.
S: 2 cup soup and bread sticks with hummus.
E: body balance."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -
Afternoon all...
My Monday went really well, today is not going so well, seem to be REALLY hungry. Am due on though so maybe that's it (yeah, I like my excuses).
I did go swimming last night, only 35 minutes and 50 lengths, but half of them were front crawl which I find really hard and my arms were really sore afterwards so hopefully it did something.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Morning All
Still plodding away...but I feel so much better on the days I don't stuff chocolate down me, and I manage to eat small portion sizes. I also find it MUCH easier to be better with my eating during the week when I'm at work. I need more will power at weekends, and also when I go shopping to not buy treats... I'll be working on these two things
Today's plan is very similar to yesterday's plan-
Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch - hm soup & bread
Dinner - chicken & chorizo casserole out of the freezer
Have a lovely Wednesday, Everyone. Be :A

Morning Folks,
Just a quick post before I get ready to nip out to the DIY store and get some sugar soap then I'll start painting again – the bedroom cupboards will get finished today and then I’ll get started on cleaning down the walls of the stairs; hopefully all this activity will help me lose a pound or two this week . It must be that Spring is truly in the air – either the sunshine is showing up all the dirt or I’m nesting :rotfl:

Mornin' all
I went for my evening meal at my sisters yesterday and it was minced beef and onion pie ! HM though. My BIL has had a pie maker. He used Ready-to-roll LF pastry he'd got in Mr M. It was really nice. Sort of a cross between shortcrust and puff but really light.
I've been invited to my parents for my evening meal tonight so don't know what it will be. I think it must be 'Feed a poor relative week' !!
Bad for the diet but its lovely to have someone else cook for you !
Today
Breakfast : Fruit salad (Grapes, pear and pineapple) LF plain yoghurt
Lunch : HM vegetable soup, Sugar-free jelly
Mid afternoon : Two rich tea biscuits
Evening meal : Whatever my Dad produces !
Plus half a pint of skimmed milk for drinks

Yesterday just got worse, a house up the road has come up to let which me may have to apply for as we are not on tenancy here any more and may have to leave at a month's notice, I don't want to move and the house is not as nice as this one but such is the lot you get when you rent. It is stressful just thinking about it and having to make decisions and it happens I am PMTing and suffering with my thyroid (depression, brain fog and memory loss) this week so really I just want to hide under a duvet, eat junk and cry! Going to see doctor on Friday, hopefully they will put my dose up (last bloods came back normal) of the thyroid meds but that will take a month to work...
Sorry for the long moan...
Breakfast - Yogurt, tinned peaches and muesli with a tsp of honey (hoping making it sweeter make me feel like I've had a treat so I won't crave biscuits). Only just eaten so hopefully I WILL NOT eat anything else until lunch!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
