Good morning all. Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I went to my first yoga class yesterday and I'm not kidding when I say every muscle in my body aches today. I couldn't even bend over to put tights on this morning! Don't think i'll be trying that again.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: half a tin of peaches, some fat free greek yogurt and a squirt of honey.
Mid morning snack: 3 plums (they're addictive!)
Lunch: Coronation chicken sandwich (but made with quorn and low fat mayo.)
Dinner: Mushroom omlette with some bread.
I will try and not snack too much. Really need to get motivated this week after a few weeks slacking. xx0 -

Evening everyone, just thought i'd pop on and say Hi. I've been looking in on this forum for a couple of weeks but never contributed anything till now. I'm off to get weighed at slimming class in about 20 mins - dreading it!!!! Been really naughty over the past 2 weeks whilst ive been off work. Easter eggs and cakes and lunches out! Tonight will be the reckoning. Hopefully I wont be the only one. Shameful thing is ive been really good all day as if kidding myself it would make a difference then came home and ate 2 pieces of Rocky Road. Theres no hope for me! Let you know how I get on.:coffee: Jules xxx

Delurking to say, I've got an appointment with the trainer for a fitness assessment in two hours. My oldest friend signed me up for a 10K race in December. Jog, walk, or run. We know I can walk the 10K but she figures this will shift the weight.0

Cupboard suprise tea ended up being: jacket tata with scrap butter, salad, defrosted prawns and o/s seafood sauce- made with approx 1 tbsp light mayo, 1 tsp ketchup, splash of vinegar and lots of pepper!
It was actually really nice :T
I have decided to treat myself to ONE rich tea biscuit with a cuppa later- I know what a rebel :rotfl:

oh, no we're not! I think you've caught us all on a good day
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Well, I've been good foodwise today but as expected, no time to fit in a walk at lunchtime, barely had time to eat my soup. Not going to beat myself up though, there's only so much I can do.
Sounds like a few of us had a tough time at the weekend. For me, it's lack of a structured day, treats to hand in the house (it's bloomin obvious that I must stop buying them then ), and boredom on a rainy/snowy day.
I must not buy chocolate...I must not buy chocolate....I MUST NOT....

Evening All
I've had a busy day again today but fitted in an evening walk again - I have high hopes for reporting a good weight loss on Friday.
B: Milky coffee and a fun size banana
L: Chicken salad. Raspberries with Greek yoghurtCheesy butternut squash bake (I made 2 yesterday so I could just heat up tonight's when I came in from work). Small piece of chocolate cornflake and sultana cake.
Exercise: 30 minutes DVD - (jayII it's not the Shred DVD but a later one by Jillian Michaels. Apparently this one starts off at about the equivalent of Level 2 of Shred and has 4 levels, not 3. I did do the Shred one last year when I first started exercising and loved it).
7.5 miles of walking.

B: Porridge
L: Poached egg on toastWholewheat pasta, homemade vege boll sauce, salad with balsamic dressing.
S: Bottle of wine (oh dear! in my defense it was only 9.5% not my usual 12,5%) 1 cube milk chocolate
