    Morning all

Confession Time - have been a bit of a piggy...too many prawn crackers with my chinese meal yesterday, then a couple of lagers/lime and half a bar of chocolate. Not too bad if I'd left it there, but I've just had bacon & eggs and 4 slices of hm wholemeal bread...and I don't even feel full. It is the wrong totm, so I'm blaming that!! Can't possibly be my own lack of self control, now can it...?

So, the plan for the rest of the day is to mitigate this over eating and try to stop it becoming a full on disaster...Help!

    No lunch

Dinner - beef stir fry with peppers/mushrooms/noodles

Exercise - I can't believe that we've got heavy snow showers here at the moment. Still hoping to get the energy to go for a long walk if they drift away

But another cuppa is calling first :o

Hope you're all doing better than wot I am this weekend.

    LB xx

ETA - we have blizzards here now (though not lying thank goodness). Think will abandon the idea of a walk and go back to bed with a cuppa and some hot water bottles. Have just eaten more chocolate so feel sick now. Serves me right. Hopefully, that's the end of this mini binge. Silly girl! All things in moderation is what I'm trying to live by...has gone sadly out the window this morning.

Hi Everyone, squally snow showers here too, so dont see me getting out much today either.

What an absolute star my friend is, for dinner last night she put on a beautiful low calorie spread of grilled vegetable kebabs, stir fried chicken and prawns marinated in lemon/lime juice & chilli, couscous salad, three bean salad, and a salsa, no heavy dressing or oil anywhere :T. For dessert she had made mini Pavlova using sweetener rather that sugar, topped with a fruit salad, a lush strawberry puree and lemon syrup .

We were a bit naughty and had a bottle of wine each :eek: and a couple of custard creams with a cuppa before bed.

So other than the wine not too much damage, today started off healthy but will try not to munch on too much pastry later on.

    Afternoon All

I am having a quick break whilst DGD has her rest. She isn't asleep but happily singing to her toys and reading her books. We've had a lovely day so far, making chocolate cornflake cakes, a birthday card for her Daddy, play doh, jigsaws and building a table and chairs out of Duplo for her teddy and having a tea party.

    B: Raspberries with Greek yoghurt
L: Cheesy HM butternut squash bake.
D: Grilled haddock in breadcrumbs, creamed spinach, peas. If there is any left after I have served the rest of the family I might have a tiny portion of HM pear and raspberry crumble and custard.

Exercise: 30 minutes Jillian Michaels DVD - Ripped in 30. If the weather holds out I might have a short walk with DGD and then later when she has gone home see if my friend fancies an evening walk. On Friday we fitted in 5 miles before it got too dark.

ETA: Did get a walk with friend this evening - 5 miles. I didn't get a walk with DGD but we did spend half an hour dancing round the room with her toys when we put her 'Wriggly Giggly Songs' on the CD. I also did manage to sneak a tiny portion of the crumble.
