Morning everyone.
I'm sad to say I have gained 2 pounds over Easter [too many Easter treats and not enough exercise], so now I have to lose 3 pounds to lose 1 on the new challenge.
Oh well, I will just have to get back on it.
My meal plans for today are -
B - porridge with dried fruit
L -pitta with LF hoummous, salad
D - quinoa with stir fried vegetables
S's - fruit,yoghurt
exercise - something on the wi-fit
Best of luck everyone. Hope you do better than I did!0 -
oh, I'm not playing this game any more
I have to report another STS which JUST IS NOT FAIR
So, no treat crisps for me today, and next week I'm going back to Sharonr's spicy lentil soup recipe (delish and very calorie conscious, and I have all the ingredients in) for my lunches.
I might weigh myself tomorrow to see if this is the correct weigh in.
Having had me bit rant :rotfl:, I do feel so much healthier and fitter, and I tried on some smaller trousers last night and I'm almost but not quite able to wear them, so my body is changing for the better, even if the scales are not!
Bright & sunny here today, so hopefully, will get a good walk at lunchtime and plenty of exercise over the weekend.
Good luck with your weigh ins everyone. Happy Friday, got here at last!

Am gutted but not suprised to report STS
Too many Easter treats im afraid!! Although this is my first week of the challenge this is actually my 3rd week of being good and I did loose weight the first 2 weeks so cant get to down about it.
I knew I had treats and may not have a loss but its still sooooo disappointing
