Evening All,
Exercise today has been another day of spring cleaning, the only problem now, with emptying cupboards and wardrobes; I’ve reminded myself of how bad the walls are in there. So now that I’ve organised all the clothes I will be taking them all out again in order to paint/paper the walls & ceilings inside the cupboards using some half tins of paint I’ve got kicking about and odd rolls of wallpaper I found in the loft :j.
Meals today
Brunch – L/O Potatoes (fried) & a poached egg
Snack – 2 Crackers & spreading cheese, apple
D – Meatballs in tomato & pepper sauce, broccoli & green beans. PearJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Have had some new that OH's work are reducing the workforce by 25% over the next few months (redundancies) so going through all that mess with not knowing what's happening etc, so my appetite is either nothing atm or full on snacking till I get my head sorted. Hopefully more of the firstso not much harm will be done.
DC xx

Evening All,
I have had a reasonably good day today but am going to set my challenge on Friday. I know it's going to need to be more than last time as I shall almost certainly be starting out heavier than I did for the last challenge!! I must be positive though as I am still 3 stone lighter than I was when I started losing weight.
B: Poached egg on toast
Late lunch/Early dinner: Roast gammon, peas, carrots, leeks, cauliflower cheese, tiny bit of stuffing. Rice pudding
Snacks: 2 Cadbury's fudges, Raspberries with Greek yoghurt
Exercise: 4 mile walk, 2 mile run.

Yesterday played catch up with my exercise so 2 classes. Not really that hungry either.
B: nothing
L:smoked ham and mustard sandwich
T: prawn and veg stirfry with chilli and garlic sauce sounds nice but was pretty rank. Why do they put so much cabbage in stir fry veg, cheap I suppose! I usually make my own but picked up 2 packs reduced to 12p so thought I'd use them, never again most of it went on the fire.
E: 60 mins body conditioning and 60 mins bodybalance.
S: asparagus cup soup, smoked salmon and a bit of my choc egg."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -
Evening all, I've had a reasonable day, not much exercise but I've eaten okay.
B: porridge with blueberries 2x coffee with ss
L: cheese sandwiches, grapeschicken and veg wraps with sour cream dip.
Exercise: 30 min walk
LittleMoog, good news about the lack of morning sickness I remember how horrible it can be!
Welcome p0lly, and good luck. I'm sure you'll do well with the lovely support on here.
Welcome back lauzt and sparrer.
Ellarose, I'm exactly the same with the snacking, I'll even walk to the shops to buy snack food if the cupboards are bare.
Dragoncry, I'm sorry about your OH's redundancy news, I'm in a similar situation right now and it is not pleasant.
Rose Wood, in comparison to your small gain, three stone lighter is a great achievement, well done you! :T[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Morning, all
I had to re-home new pusscat last night as his agression towards my other 2 pusses has been escalating, and yesterday evening after work, he full out attacked my old boy. New Boy has gone to a neighbour with no cats, and I hope he settles there.
Everything fine this morning, my 2 pusses very relieved and back to normal, though my tummy is a bit upset with the stress of it. I don't feel hungry, but I have made myself eat my muesli.
Really sorry to hear of possible reundancies, DC & JayII, I know how awful it is to be on tenterhooks while decisions that are out of your control go on. I hope all goes well for you and your families.
So, today's plan -
Lunch - hm soup & hm bread
Dinner - freezer surprise - looks like meatballs in hm pasta sauce, so I've also defrosted a little bit of grated cheese. Will have this with some pasta
Exercise - still haven't managed a walk as it's raining quite a bit. Intend to get out for long walks both Saturday and Sunday regardless of the weather...you heard it here first
Treats - still doing well - haven't had treats since Monday :T
Have a good day, all

Morning,
Oooh..Oooh.. wish it was WI today, the 1lb that has been eluding me for weeks has finally shifted :j, fingers crossed it stays away for good.
LavenderBees – sorry to hear the news about your kitten, a similar thing happened to me when I had mine, but the days of trying to stop the fights and aggression were very stressful and not practical having them living in different rooms. I struggled for a while but peace and tranquillity returned when a relative took one.
Menu for today =
B – Fruit & yoghurt
L – Soup Surprise from freezer, Pear
D – Baked Fish, roasted tomatoes, carrots, broad beansJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54

I finally went for a run. It was only 1.5miles but I haven't been in almost two weeks. I don't think I'll do a weigh in tomorrow because of TOTM so maybe next week.0

Morning all.
I am trying to be better with breakfast. I really struggle during the week as I never want to eat before I leave for work, as it's too early for me, so need to have something quick I can eat when I get to work. I usually have a cereal bar and a glass of smoothie but have been finding myself snacking more throughout the day so tried porridge today. Really wasn't impressed. I forced down half of it but couldn't manage the rest. Not for me. So back to the drawing board for breakfast!
Lunch: tin of tomato and red pepper soup and a small wholemeal roll, low fat choc mousse, banana
Snacks: plums
Dinner: Quorn and vegetable fajitas with low fat sour cream.
Back to the gym tonight. Dreading it but ready for getting back into it. Have a great day everyone xxx0
