I've been away for a while but have been keeping this thread in mind. After loosing 16lbs I then put on 10lbs and now back down to -13lbs. So total loss from the start of this challenge is 3lbs. I've got an iPhone now(managed to avoid them for years) and I love the myfitnesspal app, thats keeping me focused
Im desperate to loose the weight for summer, my friend was my size(20, ahem) and in 2 months has lost 2 1/2 stone so I dont want to left behind on the fat shelf. I've been looking after myself a bit more, wearing make up, doing my hair, moisturising and yesterday I bought a very fashionable dress. I havent bought clothes for myself in nearly a year and have been wearing the same 3 dresses through out this period. Im 25(very nearly 26) and dont want my 20's to pass me by because I was a fat frump. Im 25, I should be having fun not stuck indoors stuffing my face!

morning ladies
food a bit random today as had to go to hospital for midwife appointment, and struggled to eat before I went. Continuing to try smaller meals more often as felt less sick yesterday.
Breakfast/snack: mini chocolate digestive and 2 bits of cadburys snack shortcake
Snack: 1 slice toast, lf butter spread, peanut butter
Lunch: chicken sandwich, babybel, fruit
Snack: mini pork pie, fruit
Dinner: veggie chilli, bread, handful of tortillas, brownie, berries and vanilla icecream (hen do!)
edit: lunch ended up being a fish finger sarnie, I was starving and needed something a bit more substantial!
well done to all the losersI've gained 3lb since finding out i'm pg, but I'm sure it could have been worse! Hoping I'll feel up to restarting swimming next week to help reduce any future gains.
Good luck for the wedding SF, hope you'll get a lovely dayLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Food for today
Breakfast - 1 slice of toast with marmite.peanut butter (actually this was random bits the kids left over) & bowl of yogurt and tinned peaches.
Snack - cheese puffs (81cal, not too bad), 2 water biscuits
Lunch - Innocent veg pot (reduced in tesco last night, I got this, DH got the pies!)
Dinner - either veg tart with salad and new pots or beef curry or a bit of both as I am using stuff up! (Actually I will try to portion up mine to the freezer for when DH is away and then give him his tonight, I do NOT need two dinners!)
Exercise - still not happened yet, but there's time and I WILL! Not done school run today as DS is poorly so need to do something...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Well done losers.
I have lost ONE MORE POUND. Actually, if I lean slightly sideways it is veering towards just OVER a pound but being a very honest person I will round it down. It is coming off in ounces, but at least it's coming off.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Please could you put me down for a STS . Sorry didn't weigh in last week, we went away for our wedding aniversary last thursday and only got back on wednesday, didn't think it would be worth posting by then.
Had hoped I might have managed to shift something with all the walking and cycling we've done but hey ho. Planning to start using the bike more to get to work from next week, so fingers crossed might shift the couple of pound i need to hit my target.

Afternoon All,
I've been reading but not posting much this week - eating is still being a bit erratic! I must not stop though.
I had 2 lunches today - one before I went swimming and one after!
B: Plum
Early lunch: HM pancake stuffed with mushrooms, garlic, onions and spinach and topped with cheese and natural LF fromage frais.
Late lunch: Slice of cheese and tomato on toastPoached salmon, broccoli, small jacket potato with butter. Summer fruits with Greek yoghurt.
Exercise: I did a 3.5K run in 22 minutes, 40 minutes in the swimming pool doing non stop lengths but didn't count them, about 4 miles of walking in all.

Well done everyone who's kept losing - and commiserations to those who are finding it tough.
I finally plucked up the courage to weigh myself and I've put back on all the weight I lost during the challenge while I've been in hospital and starting to recuperate.
However, looking on the bright side - I'm in a better position than if i hadn't done the challenge before my op
nat21luv Welcome, and well done on the new style - you deserve to have fun at the same time as joining the challenge. Good luck.:)
slowlyfading Best wishes for the start of a wonderful future together.
Good luck on the final week everyone - and I'll definitely be joining the new challenge. If I can do it once, I can do it again;)0
