Tried again, but just getting link to google.
Great, thank you. I've found it, just need to get a sweet potato as I have everything else in :T
There's temptation all around me tonight . My neighbour called round with 2 slices of homemade lemon drizzle cake, which I tried to refuse, but I could see I was hurting her feelings, so they are now in the freezer. Then my other neighbours came home with fish and chips, and sat outside 10 yards away eating them.
But I have been strong (though it is killing me!).
I did add green beans from the freezer to my meal to bulk it out, but I remembered after I ate one that when I'd defrosted my freezer in December, these had defrosted, and then I very stupidly put them back in the freezer, thinking they'd be fine...oh, absolutely disgusting they were. Quite clearly have gone off...Yuk!
But as long as I stay strong for the next few hours, today will have been a good day
Tomorrow then I will be mostly eating...
Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch - hm lentil & tomato soup with hm bread
Dinner - Freezer surprise again...looks like a very small portion of gnocchi tomato bake. Needs bulking out but can't think what with at the mo. Off to browse my cupboards...any ideas gratefully accepted. I don't have any fresh veges in, but do have some tinned veges...hmmm....maybe....
Exercise - hopefully, another walk at lunchtime - think it is about a mile - will take my trainers to work tomorrow as my heels were a bit sore when I finished today.
Treats - still aiming for NONE (is it not Friday yet?)
Gosh, this is a long post, but it's kept my hands busy and away from treats :rotfl:
Have a lovely evening everyone. Hope all is going well with you all.

Afternoon All, another busy day in the garden, sowing loads of herbs and salad stuff. I bought a mini 4 tier greenhouse which was easy enough to construct - just need to figure out a way to secure it to the wall. We get quite gusty winds here sometimes its bad enough keeping the washing on the line; I don't want it taking off and ending up in the neighbours garden.
Meals for today =
B – Yoghurt & stewed apples
L – HB Egg, salad with alfalfa & broccoli sprouts
D – Pork Chop, roasted vegetables
I'm loving the alfalfa and broccoli sprouts, have to say I was getting a bit tired of salads but these have perked up my boring old Cos and Little Gem a treat, would thoroughly recommend giving them a try. I have some mung beans in the jar now which should be ready in a few days, will try doing peas for some pea shoots next time - get me becoming all "chefy"Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Just a quickie as really should be working! but I don't think you mentioned Sorrel in your last post about the salads/herbs you are growing. If you don't have it, and like the taste of lemon, try to find Sorrel in the herb section of your garden centre. Dead easy to grow, lifts any salad, absolutely delish. Mine is regrowing now from last year and I had a sneak preview last night...Yum!
Going before I get into trouble0 -
Afternoon all. I have not as yet managed my exercise, I am hoping to fit something in this evening, even if it's only on the Wii. Am a bit upset today, but trying not to console myself in food.
So far I have had
Special K bar, 2 biscuits, half a bowl of soup, mullerlight, packet of crisps and a banana.
Dinner will be tuna pasta bake I think.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Thanks LavenderBees, I've never eaten Sorrel before, I always tend to go for the peppery flavoured plants like rocket, watercress & spinach but the budget has been running low so I went for the cheapest/YS option. I do have some lemon thyme in the garden but will definitely pick up a pkt of Sorrel seeds when I'm at the garden centre tomorrow. My garden is something I going to improve on this year and I want..I want...I want a Gooseberry Bush!!! (I got some freebie green gooseberry's last year and made ice cream (a la Nigella) best ice cream I've ever tasted, it was creamy but because of the acidity it was like sherbet on my tongue)
Sometimes I'm my own worst enemy, but if I lose the weight now I can perhaps indulge a little now and again - whats the percentage 80% good 20% indulgence - I've no idea, everything in moderation is my motto.

Evening, all
well, I'm still going well :j, had another walk at lunchtime, and also managed to scrape together enough dreg ends of veges from the freezer to bulk out tonight's meal (though it was very boring! Gnocchi isn't for me)
When I was out "powerwalking"(:rotfl:) at lunchtime, an older man shouted after me "you need to walk faster than that if you want to shift some fat". Without thinking twice, I turned to him and shouted back "I'm surprised you got to be SO OLD without being bopped over the head before now". Then we both grinned at each other, and laughed :rotfl:
Bloomin cheek! :rotfl:
So, tomorrow then....
Brekkie - the usual hm muesli (roll on the weekend for something different)
Lunch - last portion (thank goodness!) of hm soup and bread. Luckily, I managed to get some fruit left over from a meeting today so will have either an apple or banana
Dinner - hmmm...not pulled out the freezer surprise yet. I need something tasty after tonight's bland rubbish though so perhaps a portion of chicken and chorizo.
Exercise - hoping to walk again at lunchtime, though will have a bag over my head in case I meet rude old man again :rotfl:
Ragz - hope you're feeling better now. Hugs to you and everyone else who needs one.
