    Morning everyone,

Have been awake far too early with a brain that just won't switch off and is over analysing EVERYTHING. So, thought I might as well get up and watch the doom and gloom that is the news . Do I feel better? Let's not go there...:o How are we making such a mess of everything? :o

Anyway, the good news of today for me is that I'm recording a loss of 1lb, so another smiley face for me. I think it's actually a little more than this but I can't claim it's 2lbs (to be honest, I can't read the dial well enough if I'm standing upright & the pusses are no help :rotfl:).

So, this week's hard work has paid off.:T

Got to keep it going now and that's going to be a bit more difficult next week as I'm off work :T and automatically equate holidays with eating and drinking . I'm hoping to do lots of walks across the fields from my house. I doubt I'll be out much as this crisis created by the govt over fuel means that I daren't use my car much, and being in a rural area, I HAVE to drive everywhere.

So, today's plan then is -

    Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch - 2 small pieces of hm tuna pizza from the freezer
Dinner - salad, with a little chicken and bacon from the freezer

Exercise - a walk to Mr A's at lunchtime for fruity teabags

Treats - probably a small W&C tonight to celebrate surviving another tough week at work and the thought of 10 whole days of freedom

Good luck with the weigh ins everyone.

    LB xx

Slowlyfading, congratulations and have a lovely day tomorrow.

I'm popping in to report a 1lb gain. :( My own fault, but still disappointing.

Good luck with the weigh ins everyone, have a nice day. :)

    Morning everyone

Welcome back Wuvvies, I find using the thread daily helps to keep me focused and choose the healthy/semi healthy options – not wanting to make public my bad eating habits :o.

:T Well done LavenderBees and enjoy your break. JBD wow that’s a brilliant achievement :j.
    Commiserations JayII, been there.

I’m finding it hard to lose that last pound to hit my target, I've kept a record of my meal plans so think I must check back to the weeks that the weight went easily and revisit them. As for this week I have lost ¼ lb so have to declare a STS week again.
    Todays meal plan
    B – Yogurt & Fruit
    L – Greek Salad
    D – Pesto & Olive Crusted Fish

Good luck to everyone weighing in and best wishes Slowlyfading have a brilliant day tomorrow.

Slowlyfading sending best wishes for your special day tomorrow!

Lavenderbees I spent yesterday dwelling on all the bad news, especially the petrol fiasco, and became very down about it all. So have decided today to avoid (maybe easier said than done) all the doom and gloom news programs and live for the moment and enjoy what maybe the last day of the lovely warm weather we are having.

I have somehow managed to lose last weeks 3lb gain so this week I am happy to report a 3 lb loss. keeping track of my daily eating on here has certainly kept me focused.

B - GF museli, 1 pear, with low fat yogurt
L - Salmon, green beans and broccoli, 1 scoop ice cream
    T - 4 crispbread and cheese, 2 meringue shells

S - Hopefully just some fruit but if my low mood from yesterday carries on into today there may be some chocolate involved!

Morning all, I am pleased to report that I have lost last week's 2lb gain... and another lb on top! So a 3lb loss for me taking me to a staggering total of 5lbs lost in the last 3 months. Well, slow is best :o

Well done Mazzy on getting rid of that gain and well done Lavenderbees and JBD. JayII, I am sure that lb will be gone by next week. Hopefully taking more with it.

Wuvvies - welcome back, next challenge starts in two weeks if you want to join? Details coming soon... I really do find posting every day keeps me on track, when I am awol for a few days it is certain I am being naughty!

Did my swim last night, so have managed the 30 minute minimum all week but not sure how today will go as have DD and DS2 home, I will TRY to get a DVD on for half an hour... promise :o

My pesto has always ended up with a fur coat before I can finish it, despite the fact that I use it neat on pasta, in every Italian sauce recipe, - well... whenever I can!

Having just discarded the latest jar, with its winter coat, I am going to do the old 'ice-cube tray in the freezer' trick, and place the frozen blocks in a bag, in the freezer. For myself, I may just make half-depth 'cubes' (if that makes sense!) :rotfl:

Now why didn't I think of that? Great idea iQueen, thank you :)

Morning all, signing in to report a 1lb loss, not quite reached target for this period but not too unhappy as it's only one lb away. Won't be able to sign in after Mon for a few days as I'm on me hols, but will try to be good :o

    B - spicy, fruity porridge
D - 1/2 grilled rib, tomato, green beans
    T - Boiled egg, 2 crackerbread w/yogurt
Snacks - melon, banana, kiwi, pear
Exercise - 15 mins this morning, then attacking the housework - don't want to leave it dirty, what if there's a fire? :rotfl:

A big thank you ragz for keeping track of us all, and for the whole thread - couldn't have got where I am without it :A

Have a great day everybody :)
