My 4 tier mini greenhouse withstood ferocious West Coast gales this winter - paving slab on the bottom shelf, works a treat.

I have just succumbed to an early morning bowl of instant porridge:eek::eek: But I have got the most awful heartburn (nope Im not pregnant - side-efffect of meds) and think I saw the Wicked Witch hovering . Anyways I wont make the challenge but am looking forward to the next one with gusto. Will it be after I have eaten all my easter eggs :EasterBun

Well I managed half an hour last night doing the Misistry of Sound Pump It Up DVD I have, it is really hard work! Unfortunately that was totally negated by the dozen shortbread biscuits I ate. And four more this morning! The rest have gone to school for the bake sale. This is why I try to only bake for school/family now, I cannot have it in the house without eating it and I really don't know when to stop.

I am feeling better today, thanks for all the hugs yesterday.

Breakfast didn't really happen, I have just been munching various things :o
    Lunch will be soup
Dinner... not sure yet. Meal plan went to pot this week...

Swimming tonight so hoping WI tomorrow will be positive.

    Morning all :)

Had a bit of a struggle with myself last night, eyeing up the DGC's Easter eggs sitting in my kitchen. I don't really eat chocolate/sweets but really wanted some, just because they're there. Drank water, cleaned my teeth and eventually had an extra crackerbread with a sniff of marmalade - result all four eggs still intact this morning. Phew! Was a close call though

LittleMoog wouldn't it be better if they made tiny pots of pesto? Mine always goes furry cos I use so little :(

Need2bthrifty I second iQueen's suggestion re anchoring the greenhouse, mine took off and ended upside down at the end of the garden a couple of years ago. Also best to leave the bottom of the zip open a few inches even on cool days, I and others have found it'll 'fry' the plants otherwise as there's no top ventilation.

    B - Spicy, fruity porridge
D - Mackerel, grilled tomato. Apple
    T - Slim soup, crackerbread 1xprawn, 1xvegemite, 1xmarmalade
    Snacks - Melon, banana, pear
Exercise - 15 mins exercise, maybe more later but a bit wheezy this morning so not pushing it as want to be fit for next week. Also starting working on my tan today ;).

    Have a good day :)

Sparrer - you have my sympathies. My kid's Easter eggs are in the loft so well away from harms way. When I was a midwife I was at a home birth in June and there on the shelf were a little girl's easter eggs (sacrilege):eek::eek: Anyhow it was 2am in the morning and I was ravenous and there was no food in (at the top of the homebirth checklist is biscuits and tea to feed the midwife!). Anyhow I was so hungry and rather crazy from sleep deprivation, that I ate the easter egg without thinking:o It just had to be but it tasted wonderful. I did fess up but I didnt feel guilty!

Thanks for that Sparrer, great tip.

I'm sooooo happy got my gooseberry bush from the garden centre and its now planted in a sunny but sheltered corner, also got some strawberry plants & sorrel seeds along with more alfalfa and fenugreek seeds to sprout, only thing left on my wish list is a red current and a blueberry bush but money wise they may have to wait till next year.

Sorry for going off track but this growing/gardening lark has got me quite excited - never had time for it before.

Anyway back to the weight-loss programme, had a bit of a stumble last night, broke into the box of chocs lurking in the cupboard and had 6 or so (eyes to ceiling & embarrassed cough) went off to bed but woke at 1.00am ravenous so had a bowl of F&F

But back on track and the meals planned for the day hopefully not too bad
    B - Yoghurt & fruit
L - Sandwich with ham, broccoli sprouts, cucumber & tomato
    D - L/O Roasted Veg, Quinoa, salad & 2 x garlic bread slices.

    NO CHOCOLATES OR CEREAL TONIGHT!!
