Evening, all
well, I'm proud of myself! It may not be much, but I've managed it! A whole day without any treats...:j and this despite an awfully hard day at work of the kind that would normally have me reaching for the treats/alcohol. But NO! I have resisted :T
So, as this posting my food seems to be focusing my mind, I'm going to continue even though I'm going to bore you as I'm very repetitive :rotfl:
So...tomorrow....
Brekkie - hm muesli
lunch - hm tomato & lentil soup & hm bread
dinner - freezer surprise again  - looks like a portion of chicken, bacon & cheese bake
Treats - none as I hope to make it to Friday without any
Exercise - well, I didn't manage a walk today. Hope to do better tomorrow especially as the weather is so glorious.
Sweet dreams everyone, and have a good day tomorrow.

Congrats on no snacking LavenderBees, that's something I've not achieved yet - though I do have fruit and call it part of my 5-a-day
Listing your menus might be boring to other people (I have a repertoire of 2 breakfasts!) but if it helps you, then go ahead and do it. Whatever works can only be a good thing0 -
LavenderBees well done for not snacking, I am trying to stop too! I must say though this fine weather gets me outdoors more and I find I am not mooching about the house and snacking like I do when the weather is bad.
I do like reading what others are eating, it not only gives me new ideas for what to eat but also lets me compare my diet to what others are doing to lose weight, I have started doing it again this week and it has helped to keep me on track too.
B - GF museli, 1pear
L - Hm Butternut squash and chickpea curry
T - Ham salad, 1 slice bread, 2 meringue shells

Sparrer - thanks for the fish tips. The stuff we use is Aldi frozen cod and so much water comes out when I bake it that it washes off any flavouring I tried to add so we had it with a small amount of cheese sauce in the end.
Needtobethrifty - I saw that about the chocolate, I shall reintroduce it to my diet immediately!
I did my swim so treated myself to a Waitrose tiramisu (219 cal so not bad), they were 50% extra free, so 3 pots rather than 2 so one pot for me and dh and then one left over. It niggled me all evening but I DID NOT EAT IT! That took a lot of willpower, it will be my treat tonight.

Yes, I agree. I definitely eat (a little!) less when the weather is lovely.
My own menu this week is pretty deficient on the fruit front as I'm not going shopping until Friday (my own wee grocery challenge). I'm hoping there'll be a meeting or training course at work, so I can snaffle some left over fruit (which is what I managed to do last week :T)
