Have a tub (300g ish I think) of Black Forest Fruits (berries) in the freezer. I need HEALTHY suggestions for a pud (preferably) with it. I would have done a tart/crumble but I want a pastry free idea... suggestions welcome.

ETA Well, half an hour on the good food website...

Some version of this sounds nice, though I would have to go out and buy quark, was hoping to avoid shopping!

Or this one looks good and I do have greek yogurt... though my honey doesn't seem to be runny any more...

This low fat frozen yogurt recipe looks pretty tasty too...

I was just about to suggest a frozen yoghurt thingy that I saw Jamie O do on his 30 minute meals, instead of using honey that isnt so runny would some icing sugar do to sweeten it up  Mmmmm.....

A gorgeous day here too after the miserable fog yesterday, so it will be pottering out in the garden this afternoon.

Tried a new recipe this morning as I fancied something savoury for breakfast, it was lovely but a bit heavy on the smoked paprika first thing .

B – Red lentil & sweet potato pate, toast
    L – l/o Stuffed Tomato, salad
D – Shepherds Pie with Parsnip mash, mashed swede & green beans.

Ragz if your honey has set try standing the jar in a jug of boiling water for a minute or so. It should make it go runny again.

I'm sure! But just remember why you are there, deep breaths, and try to enjoy every moment, the whole day will pass so quickly, and you'll want to hold onto it.

Piccies definitely needed, if you can, when you get the chance :T

    Evening all,

B - mixed fruit and yogurt, 1 slice gf bread and scraping of marmalade
L - Small piece of grilled steak, green bean salad and cauli, hm plum crumble
T- rice cakes with some lowfat cheese
    Snack - 1 apple, 1pear

Not as good as I hoped today.Started off okay, but had family round this afternoon, so got out the nougat we bought from the Continental
Market this week. Everyone was tucking in so I allowed myself a very small taste which then turned into me sampling each one and have a 'quite large bit' of the cherry one. I am now going to run up and down the stairs as many times as possible to use up all that sugar energy!! (and hopefully burn of a few of the excess calories).
