Mum was visiting and decided to take me on a spur of the minute trip to blackpool. Luckily I had time to take at work, so we got back thursday. Missed fat club, so just weighed myself at 100.2KG. Given the time difference, I've stayed about the same. Allowing for the sheer volume of junk we ate... happy with that.That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Popping in to report 1lb off. Not the two I was hoping for but I will take a loss whatever it may be:) must try harder on the snacking front and walking my old girl lab a bit harder. She stayed the same this week. She's getting too many of puppy boy labs treats:p off to take them both up the hill now it's brightening up.:santa2:Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. After another not so great week, food and exercise wise (including sausage in batter and chips from the chippy on Wednesday
), I was shocked to have lost another 1lb this week! Although that may have gone back on after the bad day I've had today, lol!
I started out ok, but then went to donate blood and had a pack of 3 bourbon biscuits, then we went to visit MIL, who had just finished lunch with SIL, her partner and son and they were just about to have dessert, so she offered us some and of course it's rude to refuse, lol! So we had a piece of chocolate gateau with cream, then some trifle with more cream, and finally a piece of the sponge cake SIL had made, and to top it off we then came home and had a Christmas malteser bar, and then had an iceland pizza and potato skins for dinner! :eek:
Today:-
B bran flakes with sultanas and skimmed milk
L 2 small rolls with low fat cheese
D pizza and potato skins
S chocolate gateau and trifle with cream, sponge cake, malteser bar
I must try hard this week to make sure that I don't put on, as I want to be at my goal for Christmas, and will be annoyed with myself if I'm not.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Sunday wasnt much better
B- we had a fry up , 2 sml hm sausages, 2 pieces bacon, 1 egg and 1 wm toast & sml glass of juice
S - welsh cake
L - spinich and ricotta sausage roll
S - tinned pineapple and 4 sml choc santas
D - sml baked potato topped with chilli mince and a bit of cheese
S - 2 welsh cakes
Coffee and water
Thats the last of those welsh cake I made for the kids and ended up eating most of them myself :eek:Love people use things. The opposite never works.0 -

Gosh it's a bit parky up here this weekend :eek: Brrrrr!
I have managed to lose just 1/2 lb this week but at least it's still going in the right direction eh. Well done everyone else on a loss this week. Sounds like we're all going for a last minute loss :T

B = Small bowl spicy porridge
L = Half grapefruit. Half an avocado. One slice h*vis toast with cheese. Pear
T = Two grilled bacon, one large grilled tomato, one poached egg, portion of baked beans and a slice of h*vis toast. Blueberries and pineapple with plain yoghurt.

Hi all
Didn't post yesterday we were crazy busy as per usual- my eating was awful yesterday! I need such a kick up the bum!
Anyway lets try and have a good couple of weeks before xmas! I'm trying a high fibre diet this week (wish me luck and anyone who has to sit near me :eek::rotfl:)
Today:
B: 1/2 grapefruit, all bran branflakes with lf greek yog, sprinkle blueberries, spoon of mandrins
S: 0% fat danoe probiotic drink, 1 seeded wholemeal toast with butter
L: 75g brown rice with salad and salmon, carrot sticks
S: 2 satsumas, red grapes
T: Beef pie, roast potatos and veg (gone abit wrong here but OH really wanted the pies tonight!)
S: HM bran cake (though I always eating small choc/biscuit at night so I may as well eat HM small slice of cake
We fetched our Christmas tree yesterday so putting that up tonightO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

Monday started out good I had hm muesli for breakfast then we went to DS2 kindy xmas concert and party at which I ate a cup cake, half a ham & cheese s/wich and 2 mini sausages rolls.
Came home and proceeded to eat my body weight in hm gingerbread :eek:
Dinner was Meatloaf, pasta and salad
After dinner I had more gingerbread
So lets pretend monday didn't happen lolLove people use things. The opposite never works.0 -

Top tip if you want to feel full eat loads of fibre!
I only had my advent calendar choc last night after my tea as I was really full but I had had 2 roses chocs yesterday afternoon
