Today
B = Small bowl spicy porridge
L = Half grapefruit. Baked Beans on one h*vis toast. Pear
T = hm cheese, ham and leek bake, one duchess potato, with steamed broccoli, courgettes and carrots. Pineapple with plain yoghurt.

I completely forgot to weigh in yesterday,, hopped on the scales this morning and Ive STS
Pretty happy with that considering
Tuesday
b- coffee and belvita breakfast biscuits
l - lge chicken and philly roll and chicken wings
d - 2 shredded beef and cheese tacos and a sml lemonade
s - coffee and fruit mince pie and a candy cane
And water
Today
B- 2 slices w/m toast and jam and coffee
L - Half roast pork and gravy roll, a handful of chips, coffee and a fruit mince pie
S - coffee and a yoghurt
D - left over shredded beef with rice and corn
And waterLove people use things. The opposite never works.0 -

Thanks yes im trying to eat plenty of these too
I thought id been quite 'good' yesterday until I lay in bed and thought about what id ate. In addition to my meals as posted id had 1 French fancy cake, 3 celebrations, a small mince pie and a slice of HM bran loaf :eek:

Today:
B: 40 branflakes, manderins, lf greek yog, banana, 1/2 grapfruit
S: 1 quality street choc, carrot sticks, slice of HM bran loaf
L: HM LO rad thai curry with rice
S: Red grapes, 2 x satsumas
T: Cheese and ham sandwich (college night) carrot sticks
S: not sure but no doubt ill be hungry laterO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

D - out with DB and family, had rib eye steak, mushrooms

not bad... think its cause I don't have the heating on yetshivering the weight away.
christmas part on the 19th, so i need to think about my meal plan for next week.That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
