This week I have to report a gain of 0.75lb  which has annoyed me, but is not altogether unexpected as I've had almost no exercise, and haven't been as careful with my eating as I should be. I even had a mince pie the other day, which my mate brought into work for me, but it's my 1st one this year and I have mostly avoided the 'naughty cupboard' (I had 1 malteser from the celebrations & 1 small chocolate biscuit) :o.

A loss of 1lb for me please KW. Spent so much time getting ready for yesterday's pre-Christmas dinner for 8 friends that I've had little time to eat this last couple of days, but made up for it at dinner yesterday :o. How I managed to wi and lose a lb I don't know!

    Yesterday
    B - none
D - Turkey and ham pie, kale, carrots, cauli, buttered new potatoes. Rice pud and lemon roulade for pud - not in the same dish, of course!
T - rolls fresh from the oven, cheeses, mince pies, shortbread, chocolates
S - no time, or room, for any!
E - got up at 7am, got to bed at midnight - only sat down to eat as I was too busy cooking, making sure everyone had all they wanted, and clearing up. Does that count?!

    Have a sunny day :)

today I've got the day off work:

L - 70g oats with cinnamon and sultanas - no fruit in/defrosted and not shopping till later

D - spaghetti carbonara - Shredded bacon, onion, garlic, laughing cow light, egg, spaghetti

really enjoying my carbs atm so I might pick up some potatoes while I'm out
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

House Bought July 2020 - 19 years 0 months remaining on term
Next Step: Bathroom renovation booked for January 2021
