Hi all
An all over the place eating again today!
B: 2 seeded toast, butter and 1/2 tin beans
S: 2 biscuits
L: Buffet- 3 quarter sandwichs, 1 veg samosa, 1/2 sausage roll handful of crisps
S: 1 small slice tiger bread
T: 3 hotdogs on small buns, homemade wedges
S: Feeling quite full so maybe nothingO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
The cheese and courgette scone was homemade by DH to use up glut of courgettes. I believe its basic scone mix with grated cheese and courgette squeezed really well to get rid of water. They are really tasty.
Today
B = Small bowl spicy porridge
L = Half grapefruit. Half an avocado and some cheese. Pear
T = Penne and hm bolog sauce with a little parmesan cheese. Blueberries and pineapple with plain yoghurt.

So sorry I have been AWOL from this thread for a while, but real life has been a bit of a roller coaster. A way fingers crossed I am now fully back on track.
So my weigh in this morning = 3lb off since my last recorded weigh in.
I'm really very happy with that, all things considered.

E - none officially but have barely touched my backside on the sofa today

Well done to everyone who's had a loss
Thursday & Friday were a bad food wise, DS3 wasnt well so I ate whatever, whenever I got chance
And today weve been out all day at a picnic and again havent kept track of what Ive been eating
New day tomorrow and back on track!!!Love people use things. The opposite never works.0 -

Im really sorry every but it another 1lb gain for me :eek::eek: think it must be all that buffet food as I did only have 2 roses yesterday.
I think i may go back to SW in the new year but not sure yet! Im just reading the F2 plan which encourages you to eat alot of fibre as its good for you and filling etc so Im going to have a real good push the next couple of weeks and try to eat really well in preperation for the truck load of food to come over Christmas.
I feel like if I give up now ill end up with nearly a month of over eating rather than just a few days.
Today:
B: 2 seeded wholemeal toast with butter and banana
S: 2 satsumas (shared with the dog! he likes his 5 a day :rotfl::rotfl:)
L: Pork sandwich
S: Small bowl of bran flakes and a mince pie
T: We are going out for a curry so will try and make good choices there
E: LOADS of house work and then me and OH took the dog over some local hills for an hour- Cold but lovely sunny day here
