Knit Witch will you please take my name off the challenge, I don't think I'm going to add to your total.
Will keep reading to see how you're all doing, and will be back next year...how many years will I need to be on a diet? I said this would be the last year!
Aww that's a shame. Hope you enjoy your month off and don't forget to come back in the new year eh :)

Sorry I should have explained that was one of my fast days. I try to stick to 500 calories but not too strictly.
Hope you don't mind me saying but I also noticed that you seem to eat very little most days. I have started having porridge every day for breakfast and I feel soo much healthier for doing so.

Knit Witch - thanks a million for the lists every week and I have surprisingly STS this week. Having DD2 here I have been eating a few more puds and definitely drinking a lot more beer but now back to normal (well you know what I mean)

Going to have a real push now for the last three ?? weeks

Hope you all have a super Sunday

Just noticed your post Lynnejk and you're right my appetite has gone right down. I never have eaten breakfast always made me feel sluggish and gave me indigestion. I've always exercised Monday to Friday so no change there but I am having a NOvember with no alcohol so I think this is having an effect.

I never used to have breakfast but started a couple of months ago to have porridge every morning, with some spices added. It took a bit of getting used to but I now feel soo much better and warmer all day.

I have cut down my alcohol but reluctant to stop altogether. It is now the only real treat now I've stopped smoking apart from an odd square of dark choccies two or three times a week or a pudding about once a month
