  • Well no surprise after my very hormonal week I've gained 500gm :(

    Food today

    B - 3 pikelets and half a coffee (crazy morning with kids)
    S - cake
    L - none
    D - Lamb rump steak and creamy pasta
    S - 2 Mini apple pies & coffee

    And water
    Love people use things. The opposite never works.

    B syrup crunch bar


    L Turkey and LO guacamole sandwich


    D fish fingers, chips and peas.


    S maple pecan bar


    E 3 hours of pilates, body balance and RPM.

    B - missed, out at silly o'clock
    L - DD and I C-word shopping all day, stopped at a noodle bar for my fav salt and pepper chicken
    D - salad sandwich
    S - chocolate wafer biscuit, cup of mulligatawny soup
    E - 5 1/2 hours shopping!

    oh dear lord sparrer, 5 1/2 hours shopping :eek:
    I find 3 shops is my limit before I want to go home :rotfl:

    Have not been doing too well with the food, although I've managed to get out for walks, last night was dark and foggy, and getting much colder, had to keep telling myself it was good for me!

    Expecting appointments for xrays and physio, so that will spur me on to eat carefully...really hate having to strip off in front of people. Keep telling myself that they've seen it all before, and not everyone is a size 10 supermodel, but it doesn't help.
    I don't want to give the health professionals any chance to say "of course, if you were to lose some weight that would help"...I want to be slim enough that they wouldn't dare say it :D

    Although the last doctor seemed happy I'd been dealing with my problems in a positive way, said it makes a big difference when people keep trying to do as much as they can, instead of giving up (doesn't mean a cure though :rotfl:)

    and my blood pressure was perfect :D... so it has come down since I've lost weight, I'm sure that's a direct result.

    Sorry, waffling on. Really hate going to doctors, so relieved it's over, for now anyway.

    DS1 saved me from myself again yesterday...went to get a piece of cake to round off lunch, and he'd just eaten the last 3 pieces! Cue embarrassed face and "oh did you want a piece?"

    How unfair is that...he can eat 3 pieces of cake and is slim, and I shouldn't even be sniffing it :rotfl:

    Tuesday went like this.


    D bacon and leek cheesy crumble and mash.


    E 1 hour bodybalance


    S 1 cracker with WT turkey.


    Drinking tea and 1 options white choc.

    It wasn't so bad ellie, we had a plan and stuck to it, lots of stops and DD was a gem as always. Couldn't do it without her. Well done on the bp, I agree it could be be connected to weight loss

    B - toast with butter and marmalade
    D - salmon fillet, leeks, cabbage and new potatoes
    T - will be 2 crackerbread with Vegemite, Stilton
    S - 5 Hero chocolates. Looks like I've blown it again :(
    E - none, sleep day.
  • Wednesday wasn't a good day, I was up at 4.30 with the little boys so I was tired all day and made bad choices

    B - Lots of coffee
    L - visiting my sil who made pizza for the boys and I ended up eating 3 slices
    S - mini apple pie
    D - toad in the hole
    S - coffee & fruit mince pie

    Thursday will be better, really want to get back into the swing of things

    Wednesday went like this


    D cheese and bacon topped fish portion with 2 croquettes and broad beans.


    S cinnamon apple snack bag, 4 crackers and choc brazil nut cookie.


    E 1 hour RPM
    Drank tea and 1 options.

    Hi guys


    Trying desperately to get back on the straight and narrow!


    Today:
    B: porridge made with 1/2 water 1/2 s/s milk, banana
    S: 2 herbal sweets, lf yog, blueberries and sprinkle bran flakes
    L: HM chicken soup, 2 Scottish oat cakes, 2 Satsuma's
    S: 25g nuts and maybe an apple
    T: Not sure yet OH cooking (prob not going to be too healthy boo)


    Yesterday wasn't too bad:
    B: 1 seeded toast with butter, 2 eggs
    S: 2 herbal sweets, lf greek yog with blueberries and sprinkle branflakes
    L: HM chilli and rice, orange
    T: cheese sandwich on seeded, carrot sticks
    S: snickers type bar
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)
