Wednesday was Ds birthday so he chose to go out for dinner. So the day went like this.
B golden syrup crunch bar and a processed cheese portion.
L 4 crackers with ham and spreading cheese.
D BBQ hog dog with chips and onion rings.
I think my stomach is shrinking because I couldn't eat the chips and I left half the onion rings and struggled with the hot dog leaving half the bun.
Drank tea and tonic water . Funnily enough looking forward to my fast day as still feeling very bloated. Though that may be due to my fibroids flaring up again."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -
Blah really bad food day, didn't really eat properly, picked at DS2 leftovers and ate too much cake
Fresh start tomorrow!Love people use things. The opposite never works.0 -

Ouch!! My ex OH was quite small and at one point we were the same weight which hurt so I feel for you!
Well im going to have a moan which i brought on myself but im still going to moan lol!
Me and OH went local shopping centre last night and decided we would eat out whilst there I had a 25% off code for pizza expre$$ so went there (i never been before) me and OH had a pizza each, shared some chips (i think there were 8 chips total) and had 1 glass of pop each the bill came to £26 WITH the discount off :eek::eek: Seriously are they having a laugh?! The meal was OK at best and just to top it off that pizza, 4 chips and glass of pop came to 1350 cals :eek::eek::eek: Lesson learnt!
Im going to weigh in tomorrow as I eat late and if that pizza means ive put weight on it will tip me over the edge lol
Ill report back later with todays eatsO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0
