Thursday was a fast day and went like this.

E 2 hours of body balance and spin.

Drank tea and LC juice .

I'm back but it's not been good. I've put on 4lbs since I was last here, I have got no chance of completing the challenge now.
I'm now hoping to lose 7lbs from today.

Well done on all the losses

  • Sorry I've been MIA for a couple of weeks but I've not been feeling too well. On the mend now though and happy too say that I weighed in this morning and I've lost 0.8lb. Sorry KW but I can't seem to get the colours to work.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Well done to all the losers. Unfortunately I've put on 2lbs again! I've been over my calorie goal 3 days this week, and I'll probably go over today and tomorrow. Went to the gym for a couple of hours on Wednesday, but apart from that my only exercise has been walking to and from work, and a walk to the post office and back. :o

I really must try harder from now on, Christmas is getting so close now and I know I will put on a bit then, and I don't want to have too much to lose again after.

Now 187.2lb... hubby weighed himself this morning and he's a stone lighter than I am, so I'm sulking now!

Ooh, I know how you feel, for quite a while I wouldn't tell my tall fit sons what I weighed because it was a lot more than them, embarrassing!

    savesummore...8 chips  that's ridiculous.

I've been soooooo hungry this week, the first week back dieting is hard, isn't it?
Haven't been that good, but have lost 1 lb.

Meant to say, I failed miserably at No Choctober, but on the bright side I managed No Pizza...it's a least 2 months since I had a pizza, I'm amazed at myself :)

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?
