Hi everyone (hope your all not off eating mince pies)
Ive just had a major crying fit! I brought a dress on line as im sick of not being able to fit properly in the clothes I own and just feel abit of a mess at the moment.
Well the dress doesnt fitmy OH tried to reassure me its more to do with my 'big boobs' than anything else but I just burst into tears  I feel really angry with myself im about 1 stone 4 ish pounds heavier than i was 18 months ago yet I still the same now yes ive lost the odd few lbs here and there but ive put them back on again.
Whos to blame- me!
I think even though its very close to xmas that this has been a massive wake up call and feel its 'now or never' to start making proper changes
Proper gutted about that dress it was lovelymight just have to get a bigger size for now!

(((SSM))) a good cry can sometimes make you feel much better (ignoring the swollen eyes and headache of course!). I bought a sweater yesterday from the men's department  Never done such a thing in my life and feel a bit depressed about it too but it's a good length with jeggings even if it is a bit big on the shoulders.

Weigh in and I have lost I.75 lbs this week so back on track.
My body still thinks there's a drought coming judging by my water retention . Hopefully that will be resolved over the coming week too.
Thursday went like this
D Chicken curry a little rice and half a naan
S chocolate brazil nut cookie and crackers with WT meat.
E 2hours body balance and spin.
Drank tea and LC tonic."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -
russetred that doesn't seem a lot of food for the day - especially adding in 2 hours exercise!Must use my stash up!0

savesummore, I think you should get a dress which fits and makes you feel nice now, either "the dress" in a bigger size or a different one.
And then you can aim for a smaller size
I think it always helps if you can feel good.
and bless your OH, he obviously appreciates your assets :rotfl:
I bought a chocolate bar today, oops. Just a small one though.
My work gets crazy busy this time of year and I don't stop for lunch. Was looking at the display and couldn't decide what to buy...it's so long since I've bought choc (apart from the popping candy stuff) that nothing really appealed to me...I was quite shocked! So picked one but tbh wasn't overly impressed, could have done without it.
That's a big thing for me...now if only I could feel the same about popping candy I'd be sorted :rotfl:
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
