Hi all
Funny eating day today as ive been on a work course and am again tomorrow so lots of tempting buffet food
Today:
B: 2 boiled eggs 2 wholemeal seeded toast with butter
S: cereal bar
L: 5 quarters of sandwich (1 whole sandwich plus a 1/4) 1 chicken satay stick, handful of crisps, 1 choc biscuit
S: 2 advent calendar chocs- i forgot to eat yesterdays lol
T: Chicken casserole with sprouts and mash
S: Mince pie (oops!)
Ive quite enjoyed today as I didnt have to be at my course until 9:30 (usually start work at 8:30) and it finished before 4pm (usually work until 5) so feel like ive had some actual time for myself today. I could get used to this :rotfl:O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

The cheese and courgette scone was homemade by DH to use up glut of courgettes. I believe its basic scone mix with grated cheese and courgette squeezed really well to get rid of water. They are really tasty."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -
