And no way near enough water
Today so far
B - museli with milk, coffee
S -fruit mince pie
L - hm sausage and salad
D - will be hm chicken and pineapple fried rice

Friday went like this
D chicken breast with prosciutto, bubble and squeak cakes and mushy peas.
E 2 hours of step and pilates.
Drank tea.
Saturday went like this
B bacon,sausage,tattie scone, poached egg.
D battered white pudding slice, battered chicken chunks, chips and beans.
Drank tea and LC juice.

Hi everyone
Well ive managed to GAIN 2lbs :eek::eek::eek: not really sure how ive gone so wrong! Ive done really pants at this challenge and really really pants in loosing weight this year as a whole! Just never seemed to get into 'the zone' Ive got to try harder as im fed up with not being able to wear half of the lovely clothes I own!
Yesterday we went to the German Christmas market in the near by big city and then went to the pub for a couple of drinks of the evening- Its the first time I have drank in 5 weeks I had a shandy, a beer and 3 vodka and oranges and forced every single one of them in Ive come to the conclusion I aint that bothered about drinking anymore! its a shame its not having more of a positive effect on my weight loss though!
Today:
B: 1 &1/2 rashers bacon 1 & 1/2 quorn sausages, 1/2 tin beans, 2 eggs, 2 toast with butter
S: handful of nuts
L: None
S: Orange
T: Roast beef dinner with hm yorkshire puds yum yum and angel delight for pudding
S: Hopefully nothing more!

SSM I don't drink at all, and it doesn't make any difference to my weight, I still don't seem to be losing any this challenge
