Today started out great - I weigh tuesday morning with the nurse (have to see her weekly about other stuff), and thursday eve with fat club (SW).

Had a grand weigh today - Last tuesday I was 104KG, today... Drumroll please... 100.6!

    That's a loss of 3.4kg... about 7.5 pounds :j:j:j

I've been dying of plague for a couple of weeks, so I'd guess a fair bit from last week was extra water i was drinking to try and stay hydrated, but still - awesome!

Kinda made up for the rest of the day being a little sucky :rotfl: feel free to skip my rant...

This week we've got events on all week, so I'm in at 7 setting up (in at 8 today for the nurse), and generally running the tech (VC, Set-up, AV, Webinar stuff) for the sessions for the rest of the day.

Means I have to set up before hand, sit in, and switch between sessions during any breaks.

This weeks been a little thrown together by someone thats not too experienced at this kind of thing - 15 minute gaps between sessions, sessions running back to back for the day, multi site events with no support in the regions...

Means today I got in at 8, had 2 hours before the first session to set everything up, but came into a load of 'urgent' requests (could i send a copy of this to so and so, could i email this group of people a link to a virtual session). Then had three sessions back to back 10 until 3.

A 15 minute gap between sessions (assuming no over run) to get to the next room, initiate multi site VCs, set up conference calls/spiderphones, set up webinars and help anyone with connection trouble, orientate the speakers and load up their slides/ set it up so they can make lat minute changes to the presentation...

Ate lunch and had my first cup of tea of the day at 3.30 before being guilted until staying till half 4 to do some of the skut work for tomorrow... going to be emailed a load of stuff to do for 7 am as well

So glad I don't normally work for this person - she's lovely, but... I couldn't work like this long term. She really has to priorities this for her sake, but I need to be able to go home when I'm done - Happy to work over my normal hours in the short term, but i need to take a break at some point in the day.

    [/]end rant

    So, today's food looked like:

    B (at home): Oats
L (at 3/3.30): 2 boiled eggs, Gherkin, Beetroot, Couscous (no time for cottage cheese, scan bran or yogurt, so they're in the fridge for tomorrow)
D: Not decided yet - I think I'll make a coronation chicken baguette - I've got some part baked bread in the freezer so it'll be nice and toasty warm, and I've an open jar of mango chutney so I've got the fixings.

Need to resist my christmas terry's choc orange.

Thanks for listening children - and be happy.
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
