    Well done for the losses this week :j

    I've just weighed and I'm 11st 8.5 so do you mind just putting me back to zero knitwitch thanks and I'll still aim for 10lb over the 6 weeks still.


    I'm not eating right at the moment, my appetite has completely gone and I feel nauseous all the time. Think it's a mix of the loss of my friend and the Dr messing with my thyroid med dose. I don't think I've ever forgotten to eat before and could never understand those that said they did, it would be a lot easier to lose weight without it though that's for sure, I'm just waiting for it to kick back in with a vengeance :eek:

    I have walked the dogs each day so it feels good to get that habit back.

    Weigh in day and I've lost 4 1/4lbs this week.


    Thursday was a fast day so went like this


    D ham sandwich with a fruitopolis and a shape apple crumble yoghurt.


    E 2 hours of bodybalance and spin.


    Drank tea, coffee and LC Irn bru all day.


    Hope everyone had a good week.

  • Morning peeps. A boring STS to report in with:o My puppy is now old enough to go out on walks so hoping he won't stress me out as much as he did this week resorting to me reaching for the wine too many times. Oh and there's the grumpy OH and the 5 kids, not so little now but still all here. When do they leave home?
    Off to Wales later to an in laws party. Not really looking forward to it but will do my duty. Leaving nanny here puppy and baby sitting the hoards. Eldest is 23 but they all like nanny staying over lol and I need her here to keep an eye on 15 yr old DD and her boyfriend say no more! Anyway back to weightloss or lack of it this week, will be back on the straight and narrow once I re enter the country tomorrow!

    Friday went like this


    L pot noodle


    D SF chicken fillet, 2 chicken dippers, beetroot, asparagus and 2 potato croquettes.


    S pork scratchings


    E 2 hours of body step and pilates.


    Drank tea, LC Irn bru and tonic water all day.

    B = Small bowl spicy porridge

    L = Half grapefruit. Hm leek, broccoli and stilton soup. Apple

    T = Large piece of smoked haddock with one home baked hm roll. Blueberries and pineapple with plain yoghurt.


    S = chocolate croissant :naughty: I know, I know.

    I have the opposite problem. I can't gain weight! I'm currently 9 stone (5'8) and would like a few extra pounds to make myself look more proportioned. I don't like my legs, I find them too skinny. Any tips on how to achieve that without purging?

    B 2 grilled bacon rashers,1 pork sausage, black pudding slice and a poached egg.


    D tomato and mozzarella pasta bake with salad and garlic bread


    S slice of gala pie.


    Drank tea and LC tonic water all day.

  • 1lb off for me this week! Only prob being my best jeans are now too big - put them on to go out on Friday night and had to get changed for fear they'd fall down:eek: - must find a belt!

    Wanted to say how inspiring you all are - I'm convinced a large part of my weight loss so far is the lack of snacking and because I'm eating proper breakfast.
