Sorry, pulling out of the challenge because food in Italy was too tempting and I must have put on a stone. Not in the right mindset so will try to eat healthily but not posting about it. Maybe in a few weeks...
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

As predicted, yesterday did not go great food wise. But I kept portions fairly low so could have been worse.

    B - Banana
S - Apple, slice of brown bread with bacon
L - Cottage pie (from work, bit fatty!) with carrots and courgettes (never eaten them steamed before, they were actually okay.
D - Tortellini with Lloyd Grossman bolognese for one (5 minute dinner as I got home at 6pm!) managed to have a fairly small portion and then stopped when full leaving food on my plate, which was a small victory.
S - A few pieces of dark choc. Another banana.

Today will be better as I am home all day and can cook whatever I like. I may pop out to sainsburys and buy some more healthy stuff...

Breakfast - Omelette made with half a large leek, half a large red pepper and the lean part of a chunk of homemade smoked bacon. Mmmmmm :)

    Hi everyone

Day today has been absolutely silly, so many annoying people, could easily have filled a rocket with people to send to space so that they can't go on my nerves any longer...

    Have a nice evening!

Hello all, I see new faces I've not met before :hello:

I'm back to try again :o Sorry for going awol again, it's so hard getting back into it. I've been working long hours and living on sugar for energy, not eating properly or walking, which becomes a vicious circle of cravings. The loss of a dear friend who supported me every week until I got to goal has spurred me to get back there in her memory. I'll do the dreaded weigh in Friday and post my gain.

Seeing a pic at my goal I think I looked a bit too thin though so going for 10st this time I think and as long as I fit back in my clothes I'll be happy. No plan yet, but will take it slow.

Is it 5 weigh ins left? That's scary that Christmas is so near
