I've had a reasonable week, being under my calorie goal every day (although it may be a different story for today and tomorrow, lol!), and I'm pleased with a loss of another 2lbs this week! :j
OH and I went to the gym on Thursday for an hour and a half, and I've done a few exercises at home. Also on Thursday (my day off) I didn't eat any snacks at all through the day, and had some unplanned exercise when the car didn't start and I had to walk to the post office to post my ebay parcel, instead of doing while I was in town doing the shopping. We did have pizza and wedges from Mr T's when we got back from the gym, and I had a low fat cereal bar later in the evening, but I was still under my goal despite not logging the exercise from the gym.
We made a start on our Christmas food shopping today, by getting some pringles which are on offer in Mr A's, and they are safely hidden in the spare room.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Hiya everyone
Looking good peoples
Sorry -forgot to weigh myself and will do so tomorrow morning but not holding my breath that I've lost anything.
TBH haven't done much exercise this week so can only blame myself :embarrass: and also had a bit of a naughty day today as well as too much fat and hardly any f&v and some beer.
Today
B = Small bowl spicy porridge
L = Half grapefruit. Cheese scone with some cheddar inside. Apple
T = Wethersp**ns peri-peri half chicken, but half jacket spud instead of chips and only half the coleslaw.
Then went for a drink and had two pints of beer. Came home and had a glass of wine and then a brandy. Oh well it's not often.
Hope you all have a splendid Sunday

Today
Banana
Banana mashed on 2 slices of peanut butter on brown toast (no butter)
no plan for the rest of the day, I have loads of veg so must eat some of those! Maybe I'll get a chicken and do a roast...

B 2 grilled bacon rashers, 1 grilled pork sausage, poached egg and a small crusty roll.
D HM chilli with 3 crackers.
S thinly sliced cheese with 4 crackers.
Just drank tea and LC tonic water all day. Absolute torture had to sit in Wetherspoons where the festival ales were at 99p a pint! I'm glad to report I resisted."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -

I like tonic water with abit of squash in it weird by nice
Im on my 3rd weekend now of not drinking (have never drank in the week) and I still feel good I have enjoyed the weekends just as much as the drinkers plus im getting up feeling 'fresh'
Last night we hosted a bonfire party which with the setting it up, cleaning, cooking and then the big Clean/tidy up today its hard work but worth it plus im hoping to have burnt some cals! We had a hm chilli and hm curry with rice so that was ok but i picked at lots of bits- crisps, bread, little chocs etc
Today:
B: bacon and egg on crusty bread
L: beans on toast with a sprinkle of cheese
S: none yet but am sure ill have alittle choc later
T: Ah this is where is goes down hill - me and oh agreed due to all the bonfire chores neither of us could be bothered to cook tonight so we having a takeaway  in our defense we dont have them very often at all
On a none diet related note im trying to buy a new winter coat and am finding the quality of coats really bad they are all really 'thin' and wouldnt keep the cold out. i think for £50-£60 its not too much to ask to be warm! GrrrrO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
