    Evening

Sorry I'm late weighing in this week

    1lb loss for me

Still under the weather with cold and cough so not as good with my food as I could be but it feels like health is improving today so hoping for better result next week.

Not the best day yesterday as I had family for the day, so
    B - missed
D - cottage pie, broccoli, cabbage, runner beans. Spiced fruit rice pudding
T - Ham, cheeses, salad, hm wm, sultana cake, chocolate biscuit
    S - None!

    Today
B - wm toast and marmalade
    D - lasagne, green salad.
T - wm bread with cheese, apricot jam
    S - banana

Got some bits to use up over the next couple of days but none of it too bad, plus lots of fruit which needs using up :)

Just drank tea and LC tonic water all day. Absolute torture had to sit in Wetherspoons where the festival ales were at 99p a pint! I'm glad to report I resisted.
You did well to resist - I didn't on Saturday but only had two.

    Today

B = Small bowl spicy porridge

L = Half grapefruit. Poached egg on toasted h*vis. Apple

T = Portion of hm chilli with cheesy jacket spud and tomato. Blueberries and pineapple with plain yoghurt.

Hope you all have a marvellous Monday

  • Good morning everyone
Hope you dont mind if I join you all on your weightloss journey. First of all well dont to all of you for doing so well!
I have jumped on my wii scales this morning to the realisation that I have put on nearly 2 stone in the last 18 months :( I knew I had put on weight as some clothes no longer fit and all the rest are getting really tight lol. So I seriously need to do something about it.
I have set myself a target to lose 7lb by yule. I am hoping this will be nearer a stone, but time will tell :)

    Hi all

Welcome to the newcomers- good to see so many 'new faces' just before Christmas :D

I'm shattered again this morning which has lead me to think re my diet etc as this is now the start of my fourth week not drinking so it cant be that making me feel so tired (although if I was still drinking id feel a heck of a lot worse!)

I'm thinking its the BIG EVIL- Sugar  but blimey its soooo hard to give up. Im going to cut down as much as possible this week also I think if I could find the energy to exercise again this would also make me feel better!

    Today:
B: branflakes, lf greek yog, blueberries, a couple tinned manderins, banana
S: malted milk biscuit (DOH! not a good no sugar start!) 25g salted nuts
L: HM ham and pasta salad with lf cheese triangle & carrot sticks
    S: red grapes
T: Pork chop, mash and veg
S: Not sure- am abit stuck as usually have a biscuit!

Just to clarify I mean cutting down on processed sugar not fruit/natural sugar
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)
