I think I'm a little late to join in but if you don't mind I'll keep myself motivated by posting. Started yesterday with a fast day so tea all day then dinner was 4 fish fingers with a small portion of French fries and processed peas.

OS weight loss challenge: 4.5/6 lbs
  • Evening everyone

    Welcome, russetred!

Ragz, well done on staying out of snack-trouble! I find that tea helps most of the time. In some cases it is also that my mounth is just bored and I need something to keep it occupied and then just have a sherbet lemon or a peppermint chewing gum.

Wasn't such a good girl today... Am alone in the office, so no chance for a proper lunchbreak on Friday as we open seven to two. So just a quick sandwich squeezed in between some costumors at the counter and a phone call with a guy whos name sounded a lot like snowman....
Left the right after we closed at two, went into town to find a present for my best friend - without sucess - and then had some time to pass until a doctors appointment, so ended up at Starbucks...

Busy weekend ahead. We're having a party going on in the neigbourhood so instead of sandwiches or that like we agreed on having soup, some small nibbles and cakes, so I'll make a huge pot of my vegetable-barley soup tomorrow.
On Sunday I'll meet friends for a coffee and some knitting in the morning and in the afternoon we're having a family gathering (well, small one, parents, sister and me) to pack christmas parcels to donate to charity. And then it is already Sunday evening....

Plan - or better mindless eating report...
    B bread on the go
    L sandwich
D pasta with cheese and a bit of bacon
    S cake, cappuchino

    Have a nice evening!

OK, yesterday wasn't quite as good as the day before, but could be worse.

B - Scrambled egg (2) on one slice w/m toast and butter
L - 1/2 tin spinach and chickpea soup mixed with a sachet of bolognese for one, with another toast.
S - Eat Natural cereal bar
    S - Apple
D - Part bake roll pizza with salad, part bake roll with a sausage (it was film night), another half a roll with butter.
Also about 7 cups of weak black coffee.

Need to try for less bread I think...

Supposed to be doing fireworks with next door tonight, hope weather is better than forecast. Soup and hot dogs for supper tonight.
